Tori really wasn't on a blank slate at the beginning and neither was Beck. In the pilot episode, Tori and Beck kissed in a scene given to them by Sikowitz and that made Jade very insecure, well more than she already was. She's a pretty insecure individual imo. So Jade held a grudge against Tori for basically the entire rest of the show, even after dumping coffee on Tori while she was made to play a dog

It doesn't really change their personalities for the show... They're bland straight men style roles that just react to the craziness around them. Straight men are typically for most comedies to keep things grounded but they didn't really need two. Beck was a useless addition with less and less personality as the show went on. Kat was similar at the beginning but they just made her the ditzy cute girl after. Jade probably had the most original personality being the dark quick tempered one and then you have nerd and black guy.

Never did finish watching this show as it was airing, but after all these years I still believe that Robbie, Andre, and Beck deserved better. I hate when one singular character (like Robbie) is never given or seldom gets a win for “jokes”, Andre felt underutilized and like he was just there to be the token black character a lot of shows of the time had, and Beck was constantly receiving dick flattening from Jade because of her being extremely toxic in their relationship (I -and Beck- were seriously happier while the two were broken up in the show).

Post Victorious I know that Liz Gillis was on a show called Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll which surprisingly lasted only 2 seasons. I saw surprising because when I first heard of it 9 years ago it looked like a show that would last a long time. And since he mentioned Dynasty I heard her character on that show is like Jade if she could swear. Honestly it sounds like Liz Gillis plays the same character in TV shows and if that's the case she should have been Princess Eleanor in The Royals. Avan Jogie was apart of the Resident Evil Remake, Zombieland 2, Shaft, The Outcast (alongside Victoria Justice), and Now Apocalypse which is a show on Roku that only had one season but honestly deserved more. It's an LGBT+ show but not one that pushes the LGBT agenda, the show is more about exploring sexuality and relationships while also trying to figure out if aliens are real. Again it only has one season but it's a great season. Leon Thomas III is doing a lot with music but I haven't heard anything specifically from him even though he's been working with top artist, then again Channel West Coast has a song with Lil Wayne and I've never heard despite it being out for however many years. Matt Bennett is apparently a DJ, Danielle Monet was Tootie for 3 Fairly Odd Parent live action films and Bertha for the sequels to Fred, Victoria Justice became the most hated woman ever for an alleged beef between her and Ariana Grande which both women have denied but nobody cared, and Ariana Grande became the most successful one from the show.

No, Jade is really mean to everyone, like threatening to throw Cat off the catwalk for being slightly annoying, and trying to get Robbie to eat Cat's poisonous snow, encouraging Robbie to give Ice cream to kids so he looks like P*do, and then yelling at Beck when he tries to stop him , slapping Cat's face so hard she still needs Ice days later, (presumably either just because she had a stage kiss with Beck, or maybe even no reason what so ever,) , hitting Robbie on the head for suggesting they form a ping-pong team(this hurt him so bad he feels the need to bring up how much it hurt 2 years later). recording the incident that nearly killed Trina and then posting it online. Cat even describes the girls who cheat in the singing competition as "not Jade-level mean" Even aside from that, Jade was mean to Tori right off the bat. She very rude and demanding in first interaction with Tori, even though she has to know Tori is new to the school and couldn't have known better. She then forces Tori to act like a dog and then dumps Coffee on her head because of this. Tori had every reason to be spiteful and Jade deserved what she got. And then there's the fact that Tori helped Jade get back together with Beck as early as episode 5, as well as other times Tori went out of her way to help Jade out (Wok star, Stage fighting). Jade is just being petty if she holds a grudge for the entire rest of the series after that.

Big Time Rush the show somehow is in the same world as Patchy from SpongeBob, also same world as Marvin Marvin and How to rock. Sam and Cat had a character named Herb who appears in Henry Danger so that adds those shows to those worlds. Nicky, Ricky and you know the rest, they somehow dreamt of The Thundermans which either means they're in the same world or it was a show for them.
