My girlfriend she a Domican she having a baby by me..what can I do so the baby and the mother will be with insurance… will the baby have a dual citizen … will my girlfriend a better chance to visit the states…

You just need to buy a private insurance for her and the baby. And the baby will not have a dual citizen because it will be born here. You will need to summit the paperwork to have the American citizenship. She will not have a better the chance to go there unless you do the paper work for her or wait till the baby is a citizen then apply for her.

That will be something new here. Not many stores sell online. Many people do not have credit cards and post office service is not good. You will need to use private delivery service to deliver the product and that can be very expensive.
