What's scary is that I believe all Orkz are capable of this. Ghazghkull himself once claimed he experienced a vision where he saw how the Orkz used to be. Orkz have a sort of genetic memory deal where they inherit memories and skills from their predecessors. So, if Talker was actually cognitively capable of understanding what the heck he's saying, he could be the most intelligent ork in the Galaxy.

I actually remember reading the books with this guy! There was a moment where Talker saved the lives of the Boyz he hangs around mid-combat, and when they asked why he did it Talker said because they were his friends, and the others were absolutely baffled by the idea of something like genuine friendship

It's my headcannon that when orks are speaking what other races hear is the pidgin Low Gothic of the setting, but what orks here when communicating with each other is the most erudite and refined manner of speaking ever heard.
