A big theory that carries a lot of water is that noah and catlyn did something together when she came over to his dorm. She knew meadow was out and noah was alone, she was jealous of their relationship, she was way nowv happy and upbeat the next morning talking to meadow, noah was actually using her "distracting" him as an excuse for him getting a C- grade. There's definitely more to then that even but it makes a lot of sense especially how noah broke up with med immediately after. I think he used his father's strict expectations as a cover.

The lamp would have been neutralized once it left Tony’s home when Meadow took it, the FBI weren’t authorized to bug the school. Plus, that would have been a waste of time anyway.

That lamp leaving was a god save for tony. Come on Asia. Lol What his daughter a college kid talking about him (of which she knows nothing specific) compared to tony directly talking about crimes to other known gangsters and whoever

N the traffic cop... I woulda had him reinstated, that's the thing.. you don't fk with anyone's money. At work, u don't rat on them.. I don't care if I actually dang near hate the person.. I don't go over his head n talk to higher ups to get him fired. I just don't mess with them... you never mess with someone's ability to pay their bills, rent, food... nothing! I talk to them personally if I have an issue with them period... if we can't work it out well like I said then I just don't mess with them. But I never ever mess with anyone's ability to make their 💰.

a wiretap (from this era) doesn't have unlimited range. it required a nearby vehicle to pick up the signal. Moving the lamp miles away would render it useless.

Not to mention the court order rendered it useless. It wasn’t for bugging a girls dorm room.

@@gregsgoogle2947 yep, that too. A court approved wiretap is very limited. Or at least it used to be. Not sure about toda

I'm a huge fan of The Sopranos from the beginning. Ralphie is definitely one of least likable characters. But how he was played by Joe Pantoliano is a masterpiece. Hands down

You guys made it thru a couple of the most brutal episodes. This one with Tracee & the Melphi rape episode really upset people when they aired. Also noticed many who react to Sopranos never make it past season 3.

Meadow knows her father is in the mafia but so does the FBI they only way they could get him through meadow is if she said details of a specific crime Tony committed which she doesn’t actually know the things Tony has done while he may have basically told her he’s mobbed up before he’s never told her about anything illegal he’s done
