Adrianna's death still sends a knife through my heart 20 years later. Has to be the most difficult death scene to watch in television history. Cold and brutal, no remorse.
@thesprawl23619 ай бұрын
I find the scene before, with her on the sofa next to Christopher and him moaning like a wounded beast, that's the really difficult scene. But yeah, the little split in her mind as she tries to imagine a happy ending for herself but is subsumed by reality, it's hard to watch. Also because Sil's mostly been one of the nicer of Tony's crew up until now.

I don’t know how to explain it, but there’s something very fascinating to me about how in episode 11 Tony hears about the hit on Angelo, goes to sleep, has his dream, and then when he wakes up everything has already gone down with Tony B and Billy. It just gives you this sense of the world constantly moving that I really enjoy
@meganmendoza4689 ай бұрын
Originally in this episode there was a scene that shows Christopher telling Tony about Adriana/FBI and Tony tells him that “he’ll take care of it”. But the actress who plays Adriana fought real hard to have it removed to give the audience more suspense and have her fate linger just a little longer until we the audience realize what is going to happen to her. Brilliant idea on her end! Drea De Matteo is the actress.

Having teeth fall out in a dream is a high level anxiety, it’s about your brain processing the idea that you’re dying and mortality is limited. I’ve struggled with depression my entire life and that’s one of the signs I’m having a really manic time. They’re also horrifying, sometimes my whole jaw falls out. I also had braces for like 12 years and it’s a crazy sense memory of having your mouth worked on.

I think a lot can be said about the test dream but I believe the main takeaway is that it’s conveying how Tony is coming to the conclusion that he needs to take Blundetto out. His subconscious is trying to tell him this through different parts of the dream sequence. Just like how earlier in the series Tony had the dream about Big Pussy being a fish and telling Tony that he’s been wearing a wire. Same concept
