It was so satisfying in that mobile game Arkham Underworld (really underrated game) to play a mob boss that ruins that bitch Amanda Waller's plan to create a new Suicide Squad. Batman keeps letting her get away with shit he just does nothing but the player as a mob boss actually does some good

Most likely bronze tiger is freed because the most common thing offered in exchange for working with the squad is time reduced on your sentence so maybe he got enough time off that by his 8th mission he either was freed from prison or decided that he had enough time taken off of his sentence to where he just said fuck it and served his renaming remaining time left on his sentence
