@@dodgersfan8598 He knew the law, but these kind of murders are more common than we think in that area and, as it was happening with this case, they go unpunished. White supremacy and the good ole boy system protect them at all cost. It was evident in the body cam videos of the police talking to Roddie Bryan on the scene. One of the biggest jokes in this whole trial was the idea that the neighborhood was “on edge” and that Travis felt he needed to protect the neighborhood. In reality, folks felt so comfortable in the neighborhood that they didn’t even lock their cars. Larry English left his lawn mower, power saw, and lumber in an open and unsecured location for months, and no one stole it. Must be a rough neighborhood. 😂🤣

I blame fox news for what goes thru their heads. Fox news had my parents scared and disgusted at the world around us (and the other news stations too) but with fox news it's black people with guns with no regard to human life, the worst of the worst is going to happen. Fight for your 2nd amendment rights cause they're coming to your door... I try to protect our little neighborhood. We've encountered some druggys trying to shoot up down the dark road. Watching for the zombie apocalypse. We just cleaned up some overgrown bushes, added some motion detector lights and the gun stays in the closet. I mean, who runs faster than the waddle he and Travis could only muster (i.e. "haulin aaaazzzz') if you didn't do something wrong? It's obvious (even though Ahmaud had potentially NFL-level speed and fitness).

@DE72, I agree with you. I also feel so frustrated that the defense attorneys don’t want Ahmaud to be called a jogger, yet both 9-1-1 calls from that day reported that he running down the street. Of course he was a jogger. Even Travis said on the stand that Ahmaud was in good shape and had long strides. You would have to really spin your head around in circles to make someone see it any other way.

His father led him to temptation, but he’s the one delivered the evil. I really wonder what the wife/mother is thinking about now. During the bond hearing she tried to tear up. The wife also said that they have friends who were fired from there jobs due to being associated with the McMicheals. I’m sure they were popping off in support of the McMichaels. Were you aware that the daughter of the McMicheals posted a graphic picture to Snapchat like a trophy of sorts. This entire family needs to be rolled up and thrown in the trash

All he had done was go into the house which wasn’t a crime in itself because the owner had not gotten to him at that point to tell him to stay away from the house which is what was needed for it to be a crime. You think you’re so smart to try and twist the situation around to make it sound legitimate what these 3 men did but we’re smarter than that nonsense.

@@vincentdow5899 You obviously didn’t understand that they did not witness Mr Arberry commit a crime. The police officer, Officer Rash, told the McMurderers, 2 weeks before they killed Mr. Arberry that the construction site owner said Mr Arberry never stole anything from the site. Rash and Greg McMurderer said Mr Arberry’s trespassing was criminal trespassing and was a misdemeanor, NOT a felony, necessary for a citizen arrest! Rash testified at the trial that the owner only wanted Mr Arberry to be told to please not come back to the construction site. If he came back after that warning then he could and should be arrested. Travis was angry that his “whiteness” did not cause Mr Arberry to stop and be interrogated by him and his father WHO ARE NOT POLICE, or not even rent-a-cops hired by the construction site owner to guard his property. YOU are showing YOUR racist attitude; the McMurderers will welcome your visits to them in prison: birds of a feather, you know…

How do you break into a house with no doors or windows? Guess I will never know now that it's over.
@crand20033
@crand20033 6 ай бұрын
The house and land was already bought by Larry English. The owner lived in a house trailer and a boat docked in the back yard and river. It was private property and the house was being constructed. Coming onto the property was trespassing and being in there at night was misdemeanor prowling. The owner had a right to shoot him for invading his property. Larry English said in his deposition that about $2,500 of electronic equipment, as well as a Yeti cooler, was taken out of his docked boat sometime in 2019.

@@Baymax4life He didn't really know who stole his stuff but the fact is he lived there and he had a right to say who can and who cannot come onto his property. They had videos of Arbery in his house at night (prowling) but the others were seen there at night. The fact is those men only wanted to detain Arbery for the police and have him questioned about his motivation for being there. and to have the police issue him a trespassing warning. They didn't expect to be attacked by him but they were prepared for that with their guns. Felony probationer Arbery would be alive today if he had just stopped - - - - in jail for probation violation but alive.

The prosecutor, unlike the defense, is not going down that route, i.e, attempt to or let the witness define the law as it pertains to breaking and entering. The defense tried that and the prosecutor’s objection was sustained. The judge, not Travis, will define the legal meaning to the jury. She knows what she’s doing.

He doesnt realize hes incriminating himself again. 1st time was with the police at the scene an now on the stand. Admitted he pointed shotgun at Arbery before he ran around the truck. Charge 1 for assault with a deadly weapon. An hes literally admitting he had no idea what happened outside. He just saw the neighbor point an just went after him with no knowledge of the situation. Heres what you need to do a citizens arrest in GA at that time. A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his PRESENCE or within his IMMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion. 1. Trespassing is a misdemeanor 2. He didnt actually see it ( his & Gregs own words not mine ) so they didnt even meet the standard needed to make a citizens arrest. 3. Greg admitted to saying to Arbery " Stop or ill blow your fkn head off. " At that point it becomes a threat to Arbery an he has every right to defend himself. The 3 Stooges are too dumb to realize they are still incriminating themselves lol this is priceless lol then he admitted to cocking his gun lol release the safety an shoot lol this truly is priceless lol i kinda had an idea, i assumed etc etc doesnt work in the court of law lol
