That isn't how diseases work. Very few diseases have actually crossed species, and those that have, came from domesticated animals. Those also happen to be the deadly diseases that have killed literally billions at this point, but keep in mind, they jumped species during a time when farm life was very messy, in everyone's lives, and there was practically no sanitation in butcher shops. I doubt ll be a cross between humans and aliens until thousands of years later, and at that point, most diseases should be treatable anyway.
