I remember this like it was last month. When I was 10 years old, I played Minecraft: pocket edition a lot. I really, really enjoyed the game. One afternoon, almost night, I loaded up my list of single player worlds to start playing. I remember seeing a world with no name, it was just blank. I was confused, because I’ve tried making a world with no name before and it wouldn’t let me, the world needed to have a name. So out of curiosity, I joined the world. I spawned in right beside an ocean, and a plains biome right next to the beach. I traveled around 100 blocks towards a sand pyramid I saw in the distance, and I climbed it. There was a hole at the top with water at the bottom of the fall, so I jump in. At this point, I was nervous, I’ve heard about hero brine before and was scaring myself with those thoughts. Ambience noise filled the pyramid making me more and more scared. And then, in-game footsteps behind me. I was standing still in game, so to hear footsteps meant someone else was there. Now, I’m freaking out but still curious, I stay in the world. I’m pretty sure I remember hearing torches being placed and destroyed but I never saw any entities on the ground of a destroyed torch. I walk around the pyramid abit more and what finally caused me to leave the world was when I turned my back to the water, I remember this part like it was yesterday. I hear the water get picked up with a bucket, I turn around and the water is gone. I take one final scan of the pyramid, I turn my back to where the water was, and I hear the water get placed back down and then I hear swimming in the water. I turn back to the water and there is water there, and nobody in the water even though there’s noises of swimming. Not a mob, not a player, nothing…. I left the world. I remember trying to delete it because I was scared, there was no delete button anywhere. I was finished playing Minecraft that day. The next day I was curious again, I wanted to explore that world again. But, when I loaded up Minecraft and started searching for the world. It was no longer there, it was gone, never to be seen again. As I’m writing this, I’m still getting chills thinking about what was going on, who was doing that to me, if my single player worlds got hacked and a third party could join, I’m still full of questions. If anybody has ever experienced something like this before, please tell me your story. And if you’re someone who knows what happened and how, let me know. I’m still curious to this day.

No one has ever believed me and I’m sure no one will, but when I was younger I had a world on my iPad I played with my sister. I had spent a long time on that world it was old Minecraft so I built my own clouds back before they were added to the game. Anyway one day playing with my sister he had joined there was no one else listed on players list tab, but he was there he started out aggressive firing arrows from above the world hight and build run out of bricks what started his anger was me breaking his brick pyramid. Once we rebuilt it and made a sign apologizing he became friendly and spoke with us through signs. Before he left he littered the world commenting on all of the buildings. My sister passed away, and the world had corrupted but he was there and again I don’t care if you believe me I’m just tired of hearing he’s not real. Maybe it was a hacker maybe a bug but there is no doubt in my mind he wasn’t Herobrine or at least where the legend came from.
