Agree with everything said here. One of the most frustratingly offensive cinematic experiences I've ever seen. It wasn't even laughable, it was just bad, it made me think everyone involved with this movie was an idiot. The part that especially annoyed me was how incompetent messy eating Jeff was with the gun, "plenty of ammo" is not 5 bullets for 3 mfs if you're immediately going to miss twice, and then kill an innocent guy without hesitation, and then not even use it when the assailant is driving into you at point blank range, and then pretend you're cold blooded while holding the gun to another assailant, threatening to shoot but not despite her doing some damn spaghetti arm motion around the gun laughing at him, and then getting knocked out. He deserved to die. What a dumb plot, can't believe they expect us to pay for 2 more of these.

The fact that Ryan didn't shoot first, ask questions later is beyond me. He had full range, and you always wanna disarm the opposing team. Take one teammate out and throw off their surviving mates. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

This is an INSANELY TERRIBLY written movie. Like the least effort possible! It’s VERY clear this trilogy was planned to be low budget to make money, but WHY WHY WHY not just make it low budget AND hire someone that cares enough to write a decent script? The people behind this didn’t give a single shit about it. I guess Madelaine tried her best to do what she could with what she was given, but she’s the only one. Did AI write this?

One thing that super bothered me was their terrible understanding of Oregon's geography... The GPS showed them on what looked like I-84 heading to Portland, then in Venus the mechanic says they need to go to Eugene for the part (about 2 hours SOUTH of Portland along I-5), and then Jeff or Ryan or dumb stupid 'guy' mentions almost getting through Baker City, which is on the FAR EASTERN side of Oregon, about 8 hours from Portland. What a stupid 'mistake' - it's like they googled "Oregon cities" and randomly picked some to mention...

I'm not a female, so ladies correct me if I'm wrong. But doesn't most makeup come off in the shower? There's a scene at night before shit hits the fan where the girlfriend is taking a shower, but for the entire movie after this point she has a full face of makeup. So either 0% of that shit came off her face in the shower, or she put on makeup right before going to bed. Either way, it was extremely noticeable throughout the movie and it was quite humorous to me 🤣

Hey Adam, I think you should watch and review One More Shot, it's a pretty kickass action movie that came out recently. The shaky cam was a little annoying, but the entire movie is one continuous shot, they never cut to a different scene, they just follow the characters around an airport for the whole thing. Pretty impressive just from a technical point of view, and there's some really good fight scenes too.

A nice twist would have been if they actually did die at the beginning on the road, but didn’t realise a la Beetlejuice. And the strangers didn’t realise they were stalking lifelike apparitions. Then when the couple cottoned on, they turn the tables..

Most are stating pretty much the same thing, this is a retread. If the first had been done well over twenty years ago, I can see some merit in watching this, but according to most reviewers and critics, the couple in this movie are as dumb as the 'teens' in those F13th horror movies from the 80's. See what happens with part two and three, but this isn't a good start. lol

I felt it was a big nothing, but somehow I was more easy on it in that I felt it was okay, just okay, but sure, really not much happened and I get the thumbs down from most critics.
