It's disturbing to realize how much our perception has been distorted over many years, not only by the German government, but also by our education system and all major media outlets. And it goes on and on like this. It's a sheer disgrace. I hope more people start listening to what the Palestinian people have to say. Thank you, Mr. Zwahre. Free Palestine! ♥🖤🤍💚

struggles in palestine are very easy to identify: do not terrorist around if you dont want to find out.

Such a western settler colonialist viewpoint... You see, if Palestinians were granted the right for israel to vanish Palestine would immediately be transformed into a land of peace and prosperity. The only struggle that exists in Palestine is Israel's existence!

Wow so much interesting uploads today! This is a topic I’ve given way to few thoughts in my perfectly sheltered first world country home.

What escalation in Lebanon? The rockets flying out of there to Israel?
@morristghАй бұрын
It's hard to call that an escalation when it's been happening for months.

@@morristgh two months ago 12 children were killed by hisbollah rockets while playing on a playground. Imho, we are seeing israels reaction to that now.

The ccc an aliance of outcast who have problems living in a society of other people - but are good with computers: Let's be as much political as we can be. Germany in a nutshell: Let's confuse morals with politics.

26:10 "I don't want to live in a country like Germany that don't give you the freedom of expression to dehumanize other people." Just think about that sentence for a second.
@woltschgalАй бұрын
"freedom of expression when it comes to dehumanizing another people" ist missverständlich ausgedrückt, sollte dann aber wenigstens im wortlaut oder genauso mehrdeutig belassen werden, also "die im Kontext der Entmenschlichung von einem anderen Volk die Meinungsfreiheit einschränken"...

@@woltschgal Danke für die Korrektur. So oder so liegt er aber falsch mit seiner Aussage.

If we use America as an example, you actually can legally dehumanize individuals given the correct context and language. The supreme court has dubbed this illegal language as "Fighting words" and it can be very subjective at times as different words mean different things to different people, but nonetheless it's a difficult barrier to break as the courts tend to erred on the side of free speech. That being said, it is arguably managed well via social repercussions such as being de-platformed or losing your job. Americans are weary of giving the government power that may be used in good faith in one era but abused in another; better to err on the side of caution with such things. The average American isn't focused on preserving the ability to dehumanize others just because. Anyway, the point that I am trying to express is that this is a cultural and often deeply personal conviction that we must all decide where to draw the line at, and we should not be so rushed to judge another because they don't hold the same view as another. IDK... just something to consider.

You're misunderstanding his statement It's malformed but english is not his first language. He is referring to the freedom to protest dehumanizing language against Palestinians.
