Orange flashlights are cool. Olight does colors really well.

Got mine today. On sale, I feel like it is a very good light. But the way they do the UI button clicks is really annoying how inconsistently they are applied (red is double click instead of hold to increase brightness?). And I wish they'd just use USB-C to charge. I get that other of their products can use other batteries, but if you have a problem, they are often sold out of their proprietary batteries for models like this one. At $70 with a free Sphere and $3 dragon i3T, it made a lot of sense. But it is tough at full price with such great options from Wurkkos and similar.

I kept a mini on my vest for 4 years and only used it on the dimmest setting, everyone i met asked me about it

Great light! I just got mine. What's your go-to for mountain biking? I have the Perun Mini 2 as well, but if I'm on a 2hr ride at night, the highest beam (not turbo) runs out of juice before my ride is done 🥲

Would love to see the mini with the new head mount latch

Great light. But what is the 1/4 sliding T-bar dual-holder (for bits and sockets ?) located dead center under Stonehenge? Very curious, never seen one before.

CountyComm. But sold out at the moment.

@@lastbesttool Thank you for the reply 🙏 It seems that their titanium version is still available: "Sliding Titanium “T” Driver - Gen 2 Combo". There is another word in front of that description, but I don't want to mention it on this family friendly channel😄

Hello again, Doc Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I enjoyed watching tonight's video. Question for you. When your wearing this light. It looks like it would be very heavy? I 'm not sure about anyone else. The mini version looks good. For wearing as head lights. And it's not as heavy. Again thank you 👌

Hello George. I addressed the weight in the video by saying it might not be the best for bouncy activities like mountain biking or trail running, or fit well on some helmets and hardhats. But the triple strap is solid and can make the light work well for most activities. It is big and heavy, but not too big and heavy.

Yeah perun 2/3's are way too heavy, you're better off with an array 2 if it has to be Olight, or a black diamond/petzl or even a coast XPH30R

I use a headlamp constantly for fixing stuff around my house. I absolutely love the Sofirn D25LR. It has the light in the center, which makes it balanced. The strap is very comfortable too. I tried a right angle Wurkkos HD15 with the magnetic end, but I couldn't get used to having the light on the end instead of the center.
