I remember an X-Men comic from the 90's in which Shang-Chi guest-starred. In it Scott Summers and Jean Grey were keeping tabs on him, rendered for all intents and purposes, invisible by Jean's mental abilities. However, Shang-Chi was still able to spot them, despite having no telepathic powers of his own, just because his senses were so sharp.

My introduction to Shang-Chi was in Ultimate Spider-Man where we see he and Iron Fist dining at a restaurant. Hammerhead and his goons show up as his goons have been telling him about this unkillable man. Hammerhead upon seeing the two, laughs pulls out his gun, and fires. Shang-Chi sets the bullet he caught down and throws Hammerhead out the window. It was there where I realised Shang-Chi is a name I shouldn't forget. Plus in the mainline continuity Shang-Chi helps Spider-Man train when the latter lost his spider sense due to plot.

Honestly one of the best fight scenes I've seen in cinema in recent years, amazing choreography and cinematography to back it up. Also it's really refreshing to just watch lots of skilled martial artists duke it out with minimal magical interference

I love the basic concept behind the fighting style in Equilibrium. It is, if I recall correctly, that any group of gunmen are gonna group up in certain ways or minor variations, so you can anticipate where they'll be coming from and just go trigger happy.

Honestly, from the title I thought that they were going to cover Wild Cat. He is apparently a DC character who was a former professional Boxer and even trained Bruce Wayne in Boxing when he was only ten. Apparently Wild Cat was such a good Boxer that he had no powers, just a cat suit and his fists. Well that's what I've heard about him, anyway.
