Watching the Hamburgler say "rabble rabble" at people always did give me the same vibe as cursing at people in a foreign language, so I'll eat my hat if he ain't calling Mayor McCheese some kind of slur in his native tongue.

It’s “robble robble”, but I agree!

I'm going with "Robble Robble" being a portmanteau of Rob and Gobble. Indicating that he Robs you of your food and Gobbles the food. Simultaneously. The man's starving. Give the man a burger, end the criminalization of the poor.

How did we, Cracked, complete an entire abridged history of McDonaldland mascots with mentioning that they were RIPPED WHOLESALE from the minds of Sid&Marty Krofft? And, like, it's immediately apparent to any of the visionaries high enough to birth the Krofft creations, any of the viewers high enough (or thought they were) to watch the psychedelic programming, or any of the kids high on sugar-frosted hamburgers, fries, and ice-cold diabetes.

Wait, error in the intro: Back in the heyday you wouldn't typically be able to have 3-5 sodas mixed unless the cashier was cool, because the fountain wasn't self-serve back then.

You look at Big Comfy Couch and you tell me clowns are scary. I dare you. I genuinely loved the McDonalds mascots, so much so I still have the animated adventure of Ronald and friends on VHS. I want kids now to experience that kind of magic too.

You left out CosMc the alien, the McNugget Buddies, the Professor, and Ronald’s dog Sundae. You can hate on McDonaldland all you want, but you have to admit: McDonald’s went further than any other fast food chain in establishing and fleshing out their mascots. The only one I can think of who came anywhere near that level of creative commitment was Burger King with the Burger King Kingdom and the BK Kids Club Gang.

The editing on this makes my head spin. Why is there a different camera angle once or twice for every sentence??? It makes me think the host can't remember more than one sentence at a time, so that's their way of cheating. He records it line by line, and then they splice it together afterwards.
