The tastiest crispy pastry in 20 minutes! Very tasty and simple pastries!

Friends, today I decided to cook a very tasty and beautiful tear-off pastry with apples!
Which you can prepare quickly and deliciously in just 20 minutes (not counting the baking time)!
It's very easy, quick and delicious!
Recipe:
Egg - 1 pc.
2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g).
0.5 teaspoons of salt.
Mix.
Sour cream 1 tablespoon.
150 ml warm milk.
Add 5 g yeast.
Mix all ingredients well.
Sift 400 g flour through a sieve.
Mix well.
Add 50ml softened butter.
Knead the dough in a bowl.
The dough should be homogeneous.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Mix 40 g of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Peel and cut 2 medium-sized apples.
Repeat after me.
Roll apple slices in cinnamon and sugar.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into circles with a diameter of 10 cm.
You need to make 9 circles.
Repeat after me.
Place the apples on the dough.
Fold the dough as I show.
Place the slices in a casserole dish lined with baking paper.
Roll the remaining dough into 10 balls.
Repeat after me.
Cover and set in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Whisk together 1 egg and 1 teaspoon milk.
Lubricate the dough with egg and milk.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
It's very beautiful and delicious!

Яблоки я бы порезала кусочками, чуть обжарила в сл, масле, а так они сухие и твёрдые, если можно делайте съёмки в темпе и не понятно толщина теста, я бы тоже в шарики вложила изюм... На вид пирог очень аппетитный!....
