Emma Thompson's line "it's like watching his favourite pub burn down" is something Robbie Williams said on the Graham Norton show while Emma Thompson was also a guest sitting next to him. And since she was part of the screenwriting team of this movie and it was over a year before this came out I strongly suspect that she might have gotten that from that moment 😆

This was the only out of the three I watched in the movie theatre and it gave me chills for the nostalgia nonetheless. For me the movies rank -the first one -the third one the second one with the first and third being closer together and the second one hanging a bit behind. I say that as a big Hugh Grant fan btw

See, you got your happy ending... Bridget married Mark. And her son, William, is his too ❤ And we got a new problematic man (Jack the American) to have adventures with. I mean, truly, none of these men are worthy of Bridget, and I don't understand how/why they keep coming into her life (the universe is clearly on E at Glastonbury for it to keep allowing these losers to slip through the cracks) 😂 And of course, because I love Daniel... I'm always happy that he's actually alive in the end. You can't get rid of and or kill him. He's forever 😉
