Thank you!!! I’m really young and started having ankle pain after sudden weight gain (30 pounds in 2 months) I think the ankle and knee pain is from the strain of the extra weight :) pain resembles a sprain

My issues with my ankle started when I was 15 with like in gym I just started limping one day. People would ask me why do you limp 1 hr to the next & I couldn't answer it. Played football in hs & collegiatally so for 8 yrs I learned to live with it via torendol. Had surgery at 22 fixed for 10yrs but now im 50 & have struggled with pain for last 5yrs with electing to not take pills.. 2 kids in college so I can't afford surgery please advise..

I have top of ankle pain only in the morning after I arise. Then it disappears. Is this still a bone spur?

Thanks for the video. Can you do one for subtalar degeneration please? I have significant degeneneration bilaterally and have been told my only option is a fusion. I am 37 and have a 10 year old son. I really want to play football with him before he grows up
