WOW! Yang Yu Hong is very specific and willing to teach. Very humble. :)

this is a great video! i think at 4:50 he is saying something more like during your normal practice, your arms will already have plenty of strength. it took me a while to understand what the subtitle was trying to say but nice video i like it :D

I assume you are referring to the new jianshu compulsory routine? Or did you mean any new jianshu video? I don't have the compulsories, but I believe they are already posted on youtube somewhere.

Is it possible to upload a new jian video

Thanks. I appreciate your patience. Since Chinese is my third language, it tends to not get much attention. :-) My subtitles also have a lot of grammar and spelling errors, but that is mostly because I am in a bit of a hurry and don't get around to doing a proper proofing or spell checking. Ah well ...

He didn't specify, but I've never seen athletes do the same strength or conditioning exercises on a daily basis, so my feeling is that you wouldn't do this daily. Probably 3 times a week is fine.

He's been training for 15 years, so I guess that long? I don't think he focused strictly on his forearms though. It just happened as a result of his wushu training.
