The muscle-by-muscle explanation and slower pace gives me time to find my way in the body/pose. I notice the difference, by feel, between posing and growing a pose. Looking forward to this series!

I’m in on the challenge! I appreciated the insight on open energy channels in standing poses, I’ve been practicing for years and haven’t heard it explained in such a clear way! So good to continue learning in our practice :)

yeah i been trying to find a way to do a slow work out i had major surgery on my leg muscle reattachment 2019 is still an issue this may be my passion to do this new activity on the yoga i want to do this mornings

It is amazing how much more you get from it the second time around. It was just a really peaceful and lovely practice. Though I still wish we practiced more of the Sprinkler Dance ;)

Exactly what I was planning to write :) I also felt more challenge but a much stronger and more engaged core, and I was able to hold it almost throughout the complete session - I lost the core connection a few times during some of the poses, but I felt much more open than the first time around 😊 I am really glad that the challenge is starting again from day 1 and that I am able to build my foundations and see/feel the step by step progress. Thank you Tim & the community which is also participating together with me 🙏 It is a really cool feeling to know that there are also others who are sharing the experience with me 😊🧘‍♀️

Coming back to this video for day 16. I can't believe I'm still getting so many benefits from returning to the starting line. Usually, I approach these 30 day challenges as a linear process, but it's such a nice touch to go back to the beginning and see, not only how much I've improved, but also how many subtleties I missed the first time I went through the class. Thank you, Tim, for changing the way I do yoga. You're hands down one of the best teachers in the wellness community and I appreciate everything you've done!

I'm so in! A day late, but what a great way to start. After a stressful morning, this was an ideal way to slow down and do focussed work with intent. This is my third year of your 30 day challenges and I'm looking forward to 2022.

Definitely a difference from when we started 2 weeks ago! I noticed lots of nuances, but especially: I felt like I really was able to "get" the lower ribs/pelvis core connection. Thanks so much, Tim, this is a great way to set up the 30 days! Makes so much sense.

I made it 1x through, now going to repeat. Thanks Tim-I super dig your energy, honesty, and encouragement to self-accept. As you jokingly say, yoga is a competition. But really, in the letting go and embracing of flow, it’s a competition with my ego to not push harder than where I am.

"I'm in". I love your teacher focus on doing yoga with the appropriate body alignment and then introducing the transition into the next asana. Your verbal cues are perfect reminders to listen to our unique bodies and realign accordingly. You have definitely mastered the true art of being an excellent teacher!

Day 16 done! I noticed that some of my poses seem to be more stable now compared to when I started (e.g. the full and half planks; I can hold them longer now, too!). Thank you for the class! I’ve been looking forward to this everyday. :)

A bit late to the party. But I am in! I love how this challenge evolves over the years and how much attention Tim spends on explaining the poses. Stretching from the neck through the arms was a new concept for me. Very helpful.

Thank you Tim, that was a really refreshing yoga practice. Often the core is assumed to be switched on when in reality the back is doing the work, so great to have your break down and cues to really focus upon the core and it’s importance. I’m a desk worker so this was fantastic, rather than just my normal morning flow, I felt like I was in a true class with you. 🙏🙏

I am back after two weeks and I can seriously feel the difference. Now I can really feel when you say connect the chest to core. I also really felt my back shoulder muscles work when we did the cactus position. It was harder to move my hands lying on the stomach whilst really engaging the core but felt so much stronger doing it. Honestly, just doing the two weeks and I can already feel the power doing the basic movements. Thank you so much Tim for sharing the 2 weeks.
