I'm not for term limits. I think the dems will create "puppy mills" for young commies to line up for their 4 year stint ruining America strait out of college. They still own that space. To fix the Senate, repeal the 17th and give the related statues teeth, recall ability. I'm not sure what to do repairing Congress but mandatory cycling means OUR best go out too soon. They are hard to find. The key I think is incumbent advantage in primaries. reduce incumbent advantage and term limits aren't necessary.
