Titanium dioxide is considered a broad spectrum UV filter but you're right, it does not attenuate the whole UVA spectrum (320-400nm). It blocks UVA rays shorter than 360nm but it does not effectively block UVA rays longer than 360nm.

Thanks for your review. An acquaintance told me that Jenpharm had made an affordable copy of the CeraVe moisturizer. It seemed like good news but I was skeptical of whether they had truly included the ingredients of the CeraVe moisturizer into their own moisturizer. After learning now about how Jenpharm doesn't mention full ingredients of some products, claim to have put niacinamide and Vit C in the same formula somehow and that too in a wash off product, and claim to have put UV filters in night creams, I am even more skeptical of the veracity of the their ingredients list. Is there even any legislation or regulation in Pakistan to ensure that cosmetics/cosmeceuticals like these products must contain the ingredients they advertise? Through your video on Vincé/Mablay, I found out Pakistani companies don't have to actually add UV filters to their products to label them as sunscreens. I similarly don't trust the claims of this company. Maybe I'm being too suspicious but better safe than sorry.

15:23 tints are also present in some chemcial sunscreens as they protect ur skin from damage caused by visible light so most dermatologists would recommend this especially for ppl w pigmentation prone skin :)

Just bought the mandalic acid serum, cleanser and the dermive moisturiser. One of my derms recommended me the cleanser and moisturiser once 2-3 years ago and i remember it dried out my skin but i also remember how against i was in using moisturiser lol. So that explains it. But giving it another try after seeing the hype! Will definitely update here after a month Btw my skin concerns are acne, pigmentation and scars. my acne isn’t very severe as I’ve had it for three years now and its gotten alottt better. But still need.

I use their spectramatte sc sunblock. It is for oily and acne proneskin and it suits me really well as I also have sensitive rosacea prone skin. Their maxdiff cream was listed in high arsenic/ syeroid creams. I don't know why it is back in market.

I'm using their oil free moisturizer and spectramatt sunblock. I have combination skin and acne prone skin but I couldn't find a moisturizer with ceramides so I opted for jenpharm. despite being hesitant about fragrance. I couldn't understand what's causing me acne now I think it's the fragrance in moisturizer. do review organic traveller's moisturizer that also claims to contain ceramides and let us know if it's fragrance free and worth buying. thank you

The DermiVe Oil Free Moisturizer is not for dry skin, oil free means for oily skin lol (it’s also non-comedogenic, light weight and non-greasy which are great for oily/combination skin) Secondly it’s a moisturizer, not a sunscreen, you reviewed it as a sunscreen which it is not And thirdly I don’t think it contains fragrance, at least it doesn’t say on its ingredient list
