Don’t you get sick of this, as one second it’s a life saver & the next we’re doomed A heart surgeon told me to drink at least two glasses a day He was retired and at 83 he said he’d been drinking red wine for over 30 years and this is so true he looked absolutely amazing & fit as a fiddle No memory loss at all & he also said take Folic acid & this was roughly 20 years ago So I took his advice & I’m now 66 & not going bald but hair not as thick as my 40’s my memory is ok not great & I have few wrinkles for my years I say do anything in moderation, but I do remember him saying if a bridge says 4 tons max it’ll take 6 & take guide lines with a pinch of salt
