What do think about the technique check being back? Do you like the video in this shorter form?

Shorter and longer are both valuable

I think you should keep the 20 to 30 minute workouts and maybe cut down the longer videos into a specific technique check video. I just find these very hard to work out with and I really enjoy the longer follow along workouts with the rest built into the video. Those are the ONLY videos I work out to, because they're the best that I've found on KZbin.

I like how you use the anchors & don't stand on the bands to do your curls. That's how I do mine! I liked the one arm curl from the side. I've never even considered that.

Hi Dave ! I tried the bicep curl with the band anchored to floor level and smoked my biceps. I never felt this type of intensity with free weights. Thanks Dave

I love what you said at 8:14. Doesn't matter what I'm doing, how I'm doing it, where I'm doing it, or what I'm doing it with, I tear shit up. That's how I knew resistance bands at home would be great for me.

Discipline Dave Yeah! I am somewhat late to the party, I am in my 40s, but I thought I could gain some strength, remembered my old resistance bands (that I made snap with one of your videos, they were like 4 years old and I had them unused for so long). You are an inspiration my man, I joined your $2.99 members plan because I cannot afford much at this moment. Once I pay off my bills, I am going to buy from your affiliate links and pump up my membership to keep pumping the muscles! Thank you for all you do and for always been positive and smiling.

Great work out!! Hey, I noticed you mentioned free weights on IG, will you be doing a free weights series of workouts alongside the bands down the road?
@DisciplineDave3 жыл бұрын
I would love too but I did do one video a while but it didn’t do really well so I didn’t make more. So if more people ask for it I will make video with weights and bands

@@DisciplineDave Thanks for the reply! I definitely understand. I'd buy a dumbell chest/shoulders/arm routine from you though! The 12 week bands program was awesome.

Hello Dave, new subscriber here. I love the videos, thank you! I am following your Monday-Friday workout plan and would like to build bigger arms (biceps & triceps). Shouldn’t I be working on them more than once a week? If so, how many times a week and when should I incorporate it to your M-F workout plan?
@DisciplineDave2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing. What I recommend is doing your biceps and triceps once a week but that one time a week I want you to be super intense and just allow the rest of the week for them to recover this is essential for muscle growth and development.
@guillermoduran88282 жыл бұрын
@@DisciplineDave I will do just this. Thank you for the advice!
@JamesCliftonRuns2 жыл бұрын
You also have to consider that the bicep/triceps are also worked during chest/back exercises so you will be hitting them twice/week 👍

Discipline Dave, one quick question: how many sets of these exercises should we do? I do this after my back workout so I only do one set for each of these biceps exercises, is it enough? Thank you in advance, much love from Serbia 💪
@fritzmoreland12506 ай бұрын
I was wonder what the sets/reps for all of these exercises would be
@fredsavina4965 Жыл бұрын
Great looking exercises Dave! I just had a question, (or two). How many of these exercises do we do at one time? It would be hard to do them all in a single session if we do a normal 5 sets of 10 - 20 reps with increasing and decreasing resistance as a normal type workout is. Just a little confused, you might want to add this into your videos as newbies like me might not understand what you are doing. Are you doing 1 set of 15 reps of 1 exercise and then changing to another and doing them all with the same resistance? Or changing resistances with a 5 sets at one workout, and the next workout on a different day changing up the exercise?

I heard I'd get more gains when I do 3 sets. The first two, work till near failure, and the last set till full failure, and then take a good break before the next exercise. And do this for all exercises
