Get that rotator cuff repaired. They have a minimally invasive surgery now with three tiny little incisions and sew that fucker back on. It’s like a dinner plate holding a basketball in place. Gotta get that fixed. I did.

I think the quarantine might have been the best thing that happened for my fitness journey. Starting weight was 118 and 3 years later I was 160. During quarantine I lost 10 lbs but after 3 weeks I’m back to 160. Thing is 3 years ago my starting point was 118. But now I feel like everything is refreshed and reset to where my starting point is now 160. Sky is the limit fellas!

yeah as a natural bodybuilder, i totally agree I would always do 3 different side raise variation, DB cable and machine, and a few other presses and hit read delts with machines and DB or cables.
