Flabbergasted I'm the 1st person to comment after the airing this morning with these inspiring guests on the show. Wow, it impacted me that much whilst I was listening & driving my car to the hospital, another car was tailgating me, before, I might, just might have gesticulated to him to say what was he doing as I was driving 30 in a 30mph speed limit behind another car in front of me also going 30 in rush hour traffic. Such was the inspiring advice from Mo & Alice, I remained calm, passive almost & when the lane I was in started to merge into two, instead of taking the right lane I kept to the left to let the tailgating driver behind me steam past. I continued calmly & listening to the show annoyingly having to cut it short as I'd arrived for my hospital appointment. I'd arrived early so calmly walked into the clinic, not stressed, relaxed & in the present moment. I was seen first, all good. As I walked past the waiting area full of patients I had to hold myself back from shouting out to everyone ''GO & BUY A NEW BOOK CALLED 'UNSTRESSABLE!! 🤣. After arriving home I ordered the book only to be advised by Amazon the release date is not until next May 2025, I ordered it, it'll be worth the wait. Thank you for this show Chris & to Mo & Alice. Sorry for the long message but just to say I ride a motorbike to relax, imagine riding through country lanes & admiring the yellow bricked thatched cottages on a sunny day in the Cotswolds, being high in my bike saddle peering into the gardens containing fine manicured rose gardens....that's Karma for me. Can I just quote this from Robert M. Pirsig when riding : ''On a cycle the frame is gone. You're completely in contact with it all. You're in the scene, not just watching it anymore, and the sense of presence is overwhelming.”
