I’m on day 13 of this challenge and I just put in a pair of jeans I haven’t worn in about 3 years. This really has been an awesome start to get me into exercising, finally get myself in shape and hopefully loving myself a little more! Good luck to everyone else that decides to give it a go! This pilates challenge has actually changed my life. Along with changing my diet, I lost 10 lbs in these 21 days!! and my body has never looked (or felt) this good. I have been in the gym for years, and was really into cardio and lifting for many years. But even still, I didn't see the results in MONTHS that I saw after doing just 21 days of this challenge!! I've been doing this for 8 years now around 4 days a week and it has really helped strengthen my back and abs to help me ride my bike up hill. Because I have severe carpal tunnel, this one doesn't have any planks so my wrists don't hurt. It's amazing how only 17 minutes a few days a week can help me do so many other things that use to hurt my back. Thanks Boho Beautiful!

I had been overweight for most of my teenage, and i remember following this challenge back in 2014 and it really put me on a path to fitness. I left my routine last year due to emotional distress and ended up gaining 7-8 kgs. Restarting my journey today with this amazing challenge, and hoping rise back up stronger and healthier! I did this mostly everyday and I lost 15 pounds in a few months, my waist has never been this small and it's really not that hard as most work out videos that drain me down and discourage me from getting fit... Highly recommend if you plan on loosing weight

Hey! I see loads of people asking about results. I did this challange twice - today was round two, day 21. I weigh myself occasionally, before I was about 63 kg (138 pounds), now I'm 58 kg (129 pounds). I found an old "measurment" paper, from almost a year ago. I've lost 5-5 cm from my tights, 9 cm from my breasts, (and back-fat!) 7 cm from my waist. I have to tell you, my diet is not what you'd call "clean" or "balanced", I just love to eat a slice of pizza or a bag of chips now and then, BUT I keep the advice in the description, to eat one leafy dark green stuff a day, get enough sleep, and drink enough water. Thank you for this amazing challange, I'll keep doing it!

Hey! I kept doing (and re-doing!) this challange till the end of may. Now it's time to restart! :) I've looked up numbers from the middle of may. To be honest, in centimeters I've lost basically nothing from my bum, as I think being smaller with 2-3 cm can be due to faulty measuring. The weird thing, that my butt not only looks smaller, but I have to buy two size smaller jeans. (Yes, even after doing only a bit of chill yoga and eating tons of ice cream during summer.) I see the biggest difference on my thighs, especially the outer part, but I guess it depends on your body type. Good luck!

Hi there! I am on day 7! Wow! Please honor your body and do this challenge! I don't weigh myself often. I go by how I feel and how my clothes fit. While I noticed changes in my legs and abs after I few days, my clothes fit better on day 6. I will do my best to update on days 14 and 21. Thank you Juliana and Mark for creating this channel!!! Update #1 I am 14 days in! My core is getting stronger. I have had a flat bum for most of my life. I am now in my early 50's and my bum is getting firmer and lifted! Update #2 I just finished day 21. I am so happy that I did this challenge and followed through. My posture has improved. I see increased muscle definition in my thighs, abs, and arms. My booty has lifted. I did take measurements prior to starting. I did lose a little over 7 inches in my chest, waist, hips, lower abdomen, arms, and thighs. I am putting this video in my rotation of pilates and yoga :)

For any dudes, out there, pilates are arguably the best core exercises there is. There is a difference between doing pilates(core) and working out your abs out(crunches, planks etc.).

I’m a man closing in on 49 this year. In my family line, the first thing that goes body wise is our abdomen, resulting in “dad bod” gut. I’m here to tell you that Boho’s yoga and Pilates excercises for your core WORK! Today was the last day for me - shit, I made it 😥 For those who are wondering: I can honestly say that you will profit from this one; I gained strength in my lags and arms, now have stronger core, and have toned my body like I never could before. I am insanily satisfied with the end resaults. As someone who is doing yoga for last 2 years I can admit that yoga videos are a bit advanced and I had to pause a few times to get through but it was totaly worth it. Don't give up - if you need to pause the video, then do it, if you can't lift your leg as high as shown in the video, don't sweat it, just do your best and don't cheat. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you Boho Beautiful for this amazing Challenge, great explanations and demonstrations, truly inspiring and motivational. Thank you 💕 Next week I'm starting the second Challenge 💪💪💪 Can't wait! 😁

I started this challenge in July and finished it with amazing, visible results after only 2 weeks. I was already thin but not strong or toned, this changed my body completely! While I didn't lose kgs, my weight was redistributed differently around my body. Plus I feel so much better! I haven't stopped Boho's videos since, I still do them everyday and on rest days I do their Yin Yoga videos which have helped me so much emotionally as well as for my lower back pain! Weighed in and took my measurements today after finishing the 21 days. I lost 11 pounds and a total of 8.75 inches from neck to thighs. I have more to go but this was a great start and doable for a beginner. The yoga was a little challenging for me at times, but I had prior knowledge to be able to modify. Thank you! I have over 18 years experience in ballet and dance. I used to spend hours toning my muscles but I've never done the clam exercises. I've done so many work out challenges and just work out videos. But honestly this is the only one I was set too pretty religiously, her voice is very soothing, how the video is made, the music everything is so well put together. That it makes you want to go back to it. Even when it's so hard, today is my last day of this challenged and I'm about to do the last work out but I plan to continue this even after. I feel like I did get results, I feel like my legs have gotten toner, my butt has for sure lifted and rounded a bit more, my stomach is toner too. I've lost a bit of weight too. It's great for sure liked and recommended.

Your videos are amazing!! I am on day 14 and i can say i have more energy, better posture, and i am noticing a big difference in my core. I am 1,75 m tall and i weigh 55 kg, and i am a surgeon, so i have a very active job and work out, but i was feeling very tired lately and your classes helped me get moving again, definetely raised my energy level!! I found some exercises a bit challenging at first, but i am getting better by the day. love your voice and the backgroud of the videos. You are amazing, keep doing what you are doing!!

What I love most about Boho Beautiful is that she just looks fit. She doesn't look altered or Photoshopped to make her look unreal. Of course, she's thin and healthy af. But I like that it feels like "You can achieve this with hard work and healthy food" instead of "Go starve yourself to death and you'll get thin but really sick" or "You can get half of my looks, but I'll always be prettier" SHOUT OUT TO BOHO BEAUTIFUL! She helps me through the burn of dat muscle!

Guys I wanted to say that I am a rock climber and I lift weights. I have always been told that ab workouts don't really make abs. It's all diet and cardio. I have been told that if you lift other muscle groups, your abs get enough of a workout. This is SOO false! I started with the 21 day challenge. I would add in other videos as well. Then the 14 day challenge. Now I do them both at once and my abdominals have never been stronger or more defined. It really really works!! EDIT: Please subscribe on Patreon if you haven't. I swear by your channel. I tell everyone who asks me what I do to follow you, because I do at least 1 if not 2 of your videos a day, 6 days a week and I eat clean on top of that. I’ve lost 20lbs and my core is amazing. I’ve even been complemented on my “toned arms” which has never happened before. I do at least 3 videos a day. I also went vegan after being vegetarian for 11 years inspired by these two great people.. The results...unbelievable. I have never ever looked or felt better.I got a defined abs muscles for the first time even though I have spent years in gyms. This Chanel is the best there is. results are guaranteed. And they more u do it the easlier it gets and u just want more an more...The only thing is one needs to stay away from sugar.No fizzy drinks because they are the real killers.

I am really enjoying getting back into exercise with these short bursts. I used to do some core work and stretched plus walk about 10 km per day, but stopped a couple of years ago. Now I have no core strength and really blossomed. So a small burst is great. It is enough to keep me motivated and I can fit this in to my busy schedule. I intend to keep doing the 21 day challenge until I can actually do all the exercises. Thank you.

I started my challenge on 2th january as a new years resolution. I am not the fittest and eventhough I am not overweight my physique is "skinny-fat". I want to do something for my health and I noticed that I feel better (mentally) when I move. Unfotunatly I need some guidance so this challenge is a blessing! Having a defined body and a strong core ist my goal and moving, improving my mental health and staying motivated are some benifits that come with it. DAY12: Now comes the more challenging part. I did all the workouts but was struggling with some of the excercises because I am not flexible enough. So I had to modify the excercises a bit. After finishing this challenge I am working on my flexibility.

I have a sprained ankle right now and can’t do the exercise I normally do (run or climb). This has been such a great video to lean on that doesn’t require like any weight on your ankles (except for the bridges which I can just do something else for)

I’ve never been a work out person, I’m now in my mid forties and decided to do yoga to start me in the right direction, and I started with the most basic workout, and have increased since then. My body has completely changed I’ve lost 50 pounds and my body has never been stronger and it’s because of the strength in my core due to yoga. You have to commit to a way of life as well, including your diet, and I don’t mean to “diet”. I love her yoga practices and I always find new ways to add different challenges to keep my body on its toes.

I’ve been doing yoga on and off for about a year now. I am now willing to commit myself to doing at least some yoga every morning before I go about my day and I feel so much better every day. I also sleep better and wake up earlier than I used to, my energy level is up. I’ve been vegan for many years now but adding in regular body and mind excercise has really been paying off for me. I am now on day 11 of this particular challenge and I must say it’s going better each day. Just finished my run and also running is going a lot better than before I did regular work outs and yoga :) Thank you so much for all your dedication to making videos for us! Out of all the yoga channels yours really sticks out for me!

Hey! I'm doing a routine. I kept the Pilates challenge going since completing it (so just repeated week three). Do stuck at it if you can, even if you have to break as the results I saw were amazing and happened on abs quick! Depends what you want to achieve really. I try and gear my work outs around areas I want to target. So in addition to this challenge - I do an inner thigh work out, arm tricep push ups and work out (I'm really working on my arms arm) and I finish with a yoga stretch. These I do daily. I also do a lot of horse riding so the Pilates is really good for keeping me strong for that . I would make a list of goals and maybe have a workout routine that you know is right for your fitness level . . But be kind to your body, if you get tired take a rest day. Listening to your body is so important, sometimes I am energised and I can do more other days, I need more patience. So take it day by day. Also try and eat as clean as you can and focus on healthy nutrition 😊💕

And it's so true what you said, I'm not sure if I have a clear goal yet, I'm just trying to make some time for myself and be healthy. It's like the first time in my life that I'm really trying to push myself out of my confort zone and it's hard but I'll try to keep going. So week one: Was breathing heavily, couldn't hold the positions, could only do Pilates 50 instead of 100 lol tummy is kinda flabby but not too crazy and I am finding it HARD to balance using my core Week two: Better flexibility, able to do the workout twice over and the extra video u recommend. still breath heavily but that just shows it's working. Abs feel tighter and look flatter and booty feels firmer. More energy but also more need to sleep longer due to my body repairing itself. Appetite has become LESS so I eat what's good for me and I drink water. I did have a cheat weekend with peri peri chicken not to mention half a chocolate Easter egg and homemade mac n cheese lol but I still did my workout and still have ample energy to do what I need to do So now I'm gonna start the third and final week and I'll let u know how it goes. Xx

Way too happy! I have been doing this for 19 days and the results are awesome I am vegatarian and all it's so much easier without all that junk food. My booty and abs are hard like a rock. I started this challenge four days ago and I can see the difference even now. My inner thigs have been always fat i fed up with this situation but the challenge is solving this problem. This workout is spectacular! Now, it doesn't take too much for my body to tone up but with a healthier diet, powerwalking/hiking, and this challenge, my body has never felt better. It's not even about getting a flat tummy anymore for me, it's loving myself, being healthy, being strong and this video has helped me so much in gaining that strength. I did this last summer and now I am doing it again this year. It's only been a week, but I woke up this morning and the results were definitely there. SO grateful for this channel :)

Mini Story: I leave in about 3 1/2 weeks to see my fiancé graduate bootcamp! I'm trying to tighten my muscles before i see him again. This workout is perfect and is just what I needed! I am doing this for the second time. Completed the 21 days challenge 2 months ago and the results were amazing. My abs was really defined and I felt energetic throughout the day. Thank you so much for sharing this .

I'm on day 5 of this challange! It's amazing. And just started the Brazilian! Your videos are awesome. And I really love that you incorporate a plant based diet, yoga, and meditation on your channel. You could have the healthiest body in the world, but without a healthy mind it leads you on where. Have you considered putting recipes on your website? I just started my transformation about 2 months ago to a vegan diet. I've lost a bunch of weight so far, but I am always on the search for new recipes and more information about what foods and meals will help me get toned and lean while providing a well balanced diet! Hey! I am very motivated to try this challenge. Just had some questions since you tried the challenge multiple times. Does the weight loss really happens? And if you regularly do it, do you see drastic weight loss? The other comments also mentioned weight loss from thighs and waist. You lose from tummy too? BASICALLY i just wanted to know if you lose weight and it can be seen in some couple weeks? And any tips for a beginner who is going to try the challenge? Thanks in advance for your reply :)

I've done this video at least six times (haven't really followed the challenge cause school schedule is really hectic right now) but I can already tell the difference. I can now do a lot of the moves the full way and not the modification. I can actually do the feel my abs! I'd probably see them if I was on the proper diet but one step at a time, for now I've successfully cut on most junk food and replaced it with smoothies, almonds, and cheese. I'm really proud of myself right now, thank you for this. You've found yourself a new subscriber

Hello, my fellow yoggies 🦋. I am not sure if I have posted on this video before but here we go. Day 1- 27/11/2020- Sore and realising how unflexible I am Day 2 -28/11/2020 - Same result as yesterday ** I am soooo out of shape** Day 3- 29/11/20 can you see my abs Day 4 30/11/20- took an extra rest day and went back to the cookie jar Day 5 1/12/20 - back to it Day 6 2/12/20 - Starting to feel sore in my core and butt that must mean it's working Day 7/12/20 I am starting to feel the workout more. Also, hoping that Pilates helps with flexibility. Day 8/12/20 I burned during the yoga for weight loss Day 9 REST DAY Day 10 28/12/2020- I took quite a long break but I am back. Only managed to get to 5:36 of the second. Next time i’ll see if I can beat that time.

Still, to this day, this sequence is amazing. It takes away my knee pain and can feel hips and lower back re-aligning. It's like a sequence for beginners, but it has such a powerful affect! Thank you for all your videos x ✨🤍🕊️🤍✨

I've been doing HIIT for awhile now and got pretty decent at it, but I felt like it just worked out a few isolated muscles (at least the routines I was doing). I was a HIIT purist then, and low key scoffed at pilates for seeming so overly simple/easy. When I wanted to do something lower impact one day though, I decided to give it a shot, which led me here. When I finished this video for the first time, despite already being pretty fit, I felt like a limp noodle. What a wake up call that was. Now after a month of incorporating your Pilates videos into my work out routine, I can finally say this video, the same video that kicked my butt the first time around, was a piece of cake! I feel so much leaner now that I've finally started strengthening the muscles I was missing before. The atmosphere and calmness of your videos also makes it so much more relaxing and fun. I could not praise this series enough!!

I love how quick her videos are you can do two a day and feel like you accomplished something or you can do one right before leaving for work or anytime you want to squeeze it in. So far I have tried four of her videos total and I'm trying to master a few at a time rather than just try every video. I definately will be doing this one tomorrow I am super excited! This was most challenging one of the. Inch for me.

Okay, so I am going to update every day on how I feel after the workout, what differences I’ve noticed in my body, and a summary (and recommendation if it works out) I am following all of the guidelines except for the clean eating part. I am slowly but surely starting to eat healthier but in the situation I am in right now I can’t eat unprocessed food. I will try and eat as healthy as I can but a lot of things in my pantry aren’t clean, so it would be extremely hard for me to eat clean. Take that into mind while reading this Incase you are following the directions to a tee, but since I will be eating as healthy as I can most days (party tomorrow) that should not significantly change my results. Day 1: I was able to complete the workout with keeping my abs tight (which is hard for me). I am happy to say that I felt almost all the ab workout in my abs, and almost all the leg workouts in my butt and thighs. Ever since I have done this workout I have felt more energized, and strangely fuller. For some reason this is motivating me to do more workouts, I went swimming this morning and did laps for 20 minutes, I just did helped my grandma with beginner senior yoga, and later today I am going to do one of boho beautiful relaxing nighttime yoga. I am really excited for tomorrow to do this workout again, and I am excited to see the results at the end of the 21 day challenge; although I broke the rules a little, I do have a feeling I am going to see great results, and may actually do this challenge again later on when I will be in the place where I can take this challenge more seriously. I will update you all tomorrow. Day 2: I ate way too much today before this workout and I just felt disgusting and ugly, but I waited a couple of hours and then did this workout, and I can honestly say it made me feel 10 times better than I did before hand. I also got complimented on my abs today 😁 it’s only day 2; I can’t wait for day 21. Day 3: WOW that was so relaxing it felt great after a long day. I got compliments on my abs AGAIN. It is only day 3! Man I am so excited Pilates is changing me and I love it. I will update you tomorrow. Day 4: I love this workout so much, I feel like it goes great with every workout and it doesn’t make you sore (at least for me). I already was pretty toned, but I can already see a difference. Day 5: Almost forgot to do it today, but I didn’t. I did it at 10 pm after 3 and a half hours of all star cheer practice; which I thought would be a nightmare but it was actually really nice and relaxing. I love how you don’t even have to stand up or sweat to get a good workout in. This is awesome. Day 6: OMG guys this morning I woke up and I looked in the mirror and I had abs! I had been starting to get abs this past year but I guess this workout kinda pushed it even more because I could trace the 6 pack lines, and I’m only on day 6. Also the yoga is such a good way to start off your day; I did it at 5 pm but I can totally see myself doing this when I wake up in the morning. I am really starting to love yoga and pilates. Day 7: Guys before doing this workout I felt gross and bloated and just all around disgusting, but doing this simple pilates workout makes me feel 10 times better. 1/3 of the way through and I’m already loving it.

I do a lot of weightlifting workouts so some workouts just are as advanced for me... for any of you that get too strong for this exercise and still love her (like I do :)) you can add ankle weights to do all of these exercises. you will feel the burn!!.. I done it for this round and it deff made this workout effective for me! thanks for the video beautiful :)

Day 19! I'm almost able to do all the exercises without the modifications, although that seal at the end is a killer. I'm also working on my roll up, so far I'm able to get up but I'm having trouble keeping my legs on the mat. Practice makes perfect. Thanks Boho!! 😘😘😘

Wow! That’s awesome. I noticed my core is stronger and it’s easier to do an exercises in my HIIT classes but I haven’t seen the fat melt off yet. Is that cuz my diet’s not clean enough? Too much sugar and fat?

Starting today!! I did some Pilates the last couple of months in a class and this tops it all!! I will do the 21 days and add the Plank to my routine!!
