I disagree. I think that the subtitles really brought out the character of the chef. To me, it was very entertaining to watch. Not saying that you can't share your opinion. Just thought I'd give my two cents.

more leeks thank potatoes, butter, cream, and chicken stock, what else do you need to be able to make most out of a potatoe... this cuisine is dead.
