Thanks bro the grip part helped alot. 'Coz ive been trying this grip for last 2 weeks and its been killing my shoulder. I thought i was doing it incorrectly but youre right this excercise is not suppose to make you feel comfortable the harder it is to pull up the better youre doing it (with light weight ofcourse and minus the swing part) Hope Rasberry (rasbhari) is doing fine.

My concern is that lot of people have showed love to so called "Desi fitness gurus" and made their channel reach 900k subs. When an educated and soft spoken influencer is trying to make a difference in the fitness Industry, why can't we show some love. That's why fitness Industry in India is not improved and is being detoriated every day.

Bro watch Gaurav Bhai's video for diet plan...supplement contributes approx 10% bro...if u want gainz naturally and wanted to stay healthy...if u r a non-veg u can easily during winter season around 8 to 10 kg or may be more than that...than also u will out of tension that is your supplement fake or real..does it have any side effect or not...u have plenty of winter bro...go for natural diet...have patience...u will have nice body...good luck bro

Scientific and Medical Explanation!👇👇 Deltoid works between 15° to 100° Abduction, first 15° of Abduction is by SupraSpinatus Muscle. Abduction is Moving Your ARM away from Central Body Line. So basically what he said "First 15° is Cheating while working for Deltoid is Absolutely True" Next time, while working on Deltoids, Make your ROM(Range of Motion) from 15° to 100°(100° means slightly above Horizontal Line). That will be 100% Delt Movement!

@@dr.azygos3585 Absolutely. Those 3 Heads are Anterior, Lateral and Posterior. But these are Medical Terminology. People in Fitness has easier alternatives, so they tend to say Anterior, Posterior and the one in Middle called Middle Head (Of course not Medial).

Also, if you could shed some info on the following list of questions 1) Should I do cardio before or after ( I have been told after is much preferable) but would like to know what is your view? 2) Burning chest fat and best exercise for shaping chest. 3) Are free weights better than machines? Sir ji....just a correction....there are three partitions of our dets... anterior middle and posterior.....jo aap medial bata rhe hain vo middle hai sir....kyonki medial delt anterior vale ko bolenge....jo ki saamne ki taraf hote hain...you know much better than me...just a correction as i m studying all these stuff in my bachelors. Ohh my god ...this video is amazing.. I am a beginner and from past 4 months I am doing this exercise but not getting d result as I was not doing dis exercise properly and with heavy wt ... And after seeing this technique I hit d gym with 2 kg dumble and after doing dis exercise I got d result and my shoulder wzzz fu×king hell yeah...TX a lot for this video👌👌🤙
