I once stepped on two banana peels at the same time and did the splits in under 30 seconds! So it is possible to do them fast! Downside was the hospital and surgery!

Everyone needs to take the their time and avoid injury trying to achieve the split. I have been working on my splits for almost 3 years and have made great progress. I want to be able to decrease my warmup, recovery time and feel more comfortable doing the splits in general.

ho infatti completato la mia challenge di 30 giorni e quello che ho ottenuto è stata la consapevolezza che non potevo cercare un risultato "completo" in soli 30 giorni... come dici tu Elia è NECESSARIO un metodo e la costanza!! Ci vediamo al corso!!

miss me 15 cm for to get side split... more and less... how many time I need with correct planning trainning, for to reach my goal? ( I know that this dipends from many factors) just only for get an idea? (se mi rispondi in italiano è meglio il mio inglese è arrugginito... mi mancano 15 cm per fare la spaccata side split quanto tempo mi ci vorrà a raggiungere il mio obiettivo più o meno?)

@@theflexibilityguy knowing where I am on my road is important for me to take stock of the situation, understand if I'm training well and find the motivation to continue. (it is useless that I continue to train a physical ability that nature has not given me, I have to understand even if stretching is "my sport")

I got my full middle split in 2 years. It is now comfortable split.
