Coach! THIS video unlocked it for me! I did the first and second exercises in this video. They really got me to ACTIVATE a rounded upper back while sucking my abs into my back, squeezing my glutes and forcing that posterior pelvic tilt with hip extension. I tried a freestanding handstand after the exercises and I held the most solid 10 sec handstand ever! The balance was EASY!! The HARD part was holding my form tight in a straight line. I can not wait to keep progressing in my journey!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🤙

Any advice on improving shoulder mobility for a bodybuilder would be very appreciated. When I do handstand I just can’t get my shoulders aligned with my back due to lack of mobility.

Absolutely! You can find plenty of good exercises on my channel (check out the pullover stretch, which is a great one) but as a personal recommendation if you're serious about the topic you can consider buying a book about it. Shoulders Range: The Complete Playbook for Your Shoulders Flexibility is a great choice.

I dont understand how to pull in my chest, how it feels? What you think doing that? Tense the ribs? What part of your body you move?

Also difficult to understand for me. Do you need upper back mobility to pull your chest in ?

@@Limpbizkiteur maybe we need more shoulder flexion but what i do to pull my chest is to tense my upper abs or ribs but i feel that not the correct way to do thay

@@yisussob It's not something easy to feel and understand. Basically, what you want to do is decreasing the space between your front ribs (each one of them) and viceversa increase the space between the back ribs. You don't have to tense your abs, definitely. Something that might help you is imagining bringing your chest away from the yoga block you have under it during the second exercise I show in this video! Hope this helps and feel free to reach out for any another questions.
