The writers obviously had no idea what to do with Enzo or Matt's character this season so they gave them this stupidness. Enzo's really been tortured for over 50 years and he's gonna waste his time trying to ruin some random girls life to get back at Stefan, who probably hasn't given him a second thought. I love Enzo but this season his character is so lost and it's so apparent

I think it's really interesting that the only reason kai feels empathy is because of the merge. other shows would redeem their villain and turn them good before their time's up, but with kai it's literally because Luke's qualities are absorbed into him without choice😂

I like Steroline they don't drive me crazy they have chemistry but not explosive sojo cute and sometimes they have moments of complicity but even if they have started a friendship almost immediately anyway until now only Caroline was in love with him and he still in this episode I saw Stefan eager to kiss Caroline yet he is not entirely taken with her. I think or at least I personally loved Caroline more with Klaus he looked at her differently with desire and passion, they confront each other, they both knew how to manage each other, Caroline begged a lot from Stefan to have his attention and if his brother didn't come back did not calculate Caroline and many small but important things but in general they are nice. Instead Stefan was better off with katherina

I loved it. Elena learned from Damon to be smarter and learn to use her enemies for personal purposes, she took advantage of Kai's "sensibility" acquired by Luke to help her friend Bonnie. She was smart, drama-free calculator how to save her friend, kept her cool, and somehow managed to save Bonnie. If Elena was from the start with Damon her character would have been more interesting from the start of the series.
