There is virtually no customer support, this company is a joke. Customer support doesn't answer the phone, and they take over a week to respond to an email. 5 months of not being able to use this expensive piece of $#!+ and no help or responsiveness from the company. If something goes wrong or there is a problem you SOL. DON'T BUY A GREEN MOUNTAIN GRILL.
