There’s something that hits me so deep with this song that when I ask friends to listen and they don’t feel it I’m taken a back. Maybe it’s just me but I find it so emotional.

I love everything about this song, the drums, the bass, the guitar, Ashcroft's vocals, the lyrics, everything! When you listen to this and then listen to Judas and Appalachian Springs from Forth, it seems like the natural progression to the next album, even if they were 11 years apart.

I found this track at a critical time in life almost a year ago when my brother lost his wife. Something about it provides enormous comfort but also allows me to feel emotion when I need to. It holds a very special place for me and I will be coming back to it over the next month.

great stuff, reminds of Crimson and Clover or Lou Reed. The guitar makes me think of early/middle modest mouse. They have that real watery, cascading texture to a lot of their songs as well.
