i mean, i guess if this is just about stats then yes, but if you take into account the bingo bonuses, how many skills/abilities your pokemon has and the amount of slots they have for said skills then the stats really don't matter. My bulk up machop, yes machop is better than the bulk up machamp and mewtwo i have because his bingos are better. All attack move wait% down so he's constantly stacking bulk ups and attacking and recovering hp from his hit healing. Really what makes or breaks a pokemon here is what kind of stones you have on them. I beat the game with a tangela because he kept paralyzing mewtwo on happenstance island and he coudnt get off a single attack. You honestly can make any pokemon in this game work regardless of their maximum stats because the stones and bingos will always outshine that

You need to also take things like Bingo Bonuses into account. Starmie ( 7 atttack slots, 2 hp) for example can have an attack of water type moves +30%. Combine that with a Bulk Up Supporter (Mewtwo or Machamp) and Hydro Pump makes Starmie the hardest hitting pokemon in the game with a whack-whack stone + 2 Broadburst Stones does insane amounts of damage.

Didn't saw the video yet but I am definitely sure Stamie is the best offensive Pokemon. Single attack one with 7 attack and 2 defence slot. Hydro pump is the strongest attack in the game. And starmie is the strongest attacking pokemon with the possibility to learn hydro pump.

Erik Battie Dude... The world record of quickest mewtwo battle(including 1st boss and all 3 legendary birds), which is 1:19 using mewtwo bulk up with 2 starmie. And hydro pump is accurate if you know how to position yourself
