I recall an ex girlfriend of mine I dated for 4 years expressing her concern that I had a bad habit keeping things from her and that was one of the things that got her rethinking the relationship. As a Sigma, keeping a relationship has always been difficult for me. #8 & #9 are very difficult as expanding and keeping those social groups and hobbies with like Sigma personalities goes against the grains of our being. Great presentation. The "Sigma" hooked me in, lol. I do try to be more outgoing and personable to those I meet while doing some volunteer work. I found out decades ago that putting myself in situations that I would rather not be in isn't such a big deal and I do practice sharing with others within the confines of my private lifestyle choices. I'm not dating and don't intend to unless I happen upon that rare jewel of a woman. Being friendly and having friends is all I care to deal with for now. I admire your bluntness and see it as a plus. Thankyou Dock , I suggested an acting practice for a facial expression, which worked and you were appreciative , anyway I’m a sigma male we do have some soft edges and yes awkwardness can be a problem but sigma’s assess everything and some people whom consider themselves normal actually have hidden eccentricities which eventually become exposed and this can make them uncomfortable. Excellent challenge list! I've had to deal with every one of these. Some of these points were much more pronounced when I was young (especially 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8), but I developed my own solutions to them over time. Thankfully, my late wife wasn't put off by my oddities. I don't think I've seen anyone else address this topic in this manner. Bravo! The Anna: energy looks up. The hair is rockin'. Still possibly the most beautiful redhead in North America and likely one of the most intelligent (from my decades of observation). Love your show, I am a Red pill Sigma male, there are far more of us than most people realize, one of our main strengths is that we are highly observant, but in stealth mode. We see beyond the superficial and are more realistic. Sadly, what we see is that, more often than not, the worst thing a modern western woman can do to a man, is say YES. We often see the trail of men in their wake, that would have been better off having never even met them. We are fully aware that fathers and husbands are considered disposable. Clean them out and throw them away. Fully half of western men, (and growing) have given up on women entirely. We don't play games we know we can not win. We know we can be destroyed by nothing more than a baseless accusation. Not trying to be Pessimistic, just realistic. Here's what I've learned, having raised a daughter. If you want them to turn out right, there has to be a strong fatherly figure in the household. Ideally, the woman to look for comes from an intact nuclear family, with a strong, dominant, compassionate father figure. As much as I love educated women, once they've been influenced by "higher education" (the skills are fine, but the blue ideology destroys them), they're not as apt to do well in a relationship. She needs rock solid, family values. I'll say, the problem is there for women, as well. She's having trouble finding a good man. There are still good women out there, raised with rock solid values, pristine for a potential husband, and an amazing cook, just for the icing on the cake. In my daughter's case, potentially a bit lacking in some feminine charm, as this was a case where dad had to raise alone. Just know what to look for, and where. They're out there.

This was my unorthodox solution for mundane phone calls: consider women only if they live within 1 mile of you. Make it customary to visit after work, perhaps every day or every other day. Bring a publication to read that interests you, while she's watching her tv/movie, etc. You speak in person and the phone call is irrelevant. It does work, but I would not try this with someone who lived, say 15 miles away.

Self growth is one of the key tenets of Stoicism - sigmas are natural stoics The original Stoic philosophers were clearly sigmas. As are those attracted to its philosophies including put INTO ACTION. @@YourWingmam while sigma seems to describe me the best (hence the non-conformist comment with humour so dry that it probably wasn't funny), I have to admit that I'm not 100% sigma. Maybe I'm just so sigma that I don't even conform to that description. A few minutes before you mentioned about introversion / extroversion I had the realisation that most alphas would be extroverts and most sigmas would be introverts. Nice to see I was on the right track. It's nice to see you and a couple of other ladies on KZbin telling it how it is, not considering men to be the enemy or people to be exploited, but other human beings with our part to play in society. Bravo! Keep up the good work. We men appreciate it.

Advice: To see things clearly, take a break from dating. I noticed that I automatically stop dating after coming across two types. The gold digger that gets you to pay all her bills and Chinese women, the all around nightmare. I don't see how they reproduce. Result of a high male to female ratio in their ethnic group. Take the time to examine yourself first. Than ask yourself what are the essentials in a woman you "need". The hot little 18 year old is the icing on the cake but it may NOT be enough. Can you imagine her risking her life for anyone or any cause? Just being a woman does not mean she gets away with low standards and low character. Make it a short list. Simple. And don't date woman who fail the list.

Why is it only Sigmas or Alphas, or betas. First of all, sigmas, from your description, seem to be dysfunctional people. It may seem normal here in North America due to individualism but those behaviors you describe are not truly functional. I really like your videos; they truly do teach me a lot about women. I just wish the whole male type thing were more thorough. I get an impression of men from these specific videos that men are fromanother dimension, like a very polarized interpretation of us. In reality, I can , and often amall three types of male types and more. I love individual pursuits, yet cannot stand ignoring people to stay in my world. I value my authentic perception of reality but think it is ridiculous to hide it from others. I only keep quiet if I can tell my we won't click at all. I hate following society in many things, yet still find it difficult not to be insecure on what car I drive because so many people are judgemental. Alphas annoy me, yet I can still have alpha freinds. Betas annoy me because they rare stand up to injustice or aholes. I don't fit in to your assessments of men. Sigma would be the closest one, but still.
