Avids fans and watch everything but this one hit something strong. This was just released a few hrs ago and We've had a number of conversations about this webisode already. The logic thing - absolutely! The "too nice" thing - absolutely absolutely! You really are that "decoder" - THANKS! We'll be listening and She'll say "SHE RIGHT!!!" and I'm wondering "WHAT?!?!?" but after She explains WHY You're right (using Our examples), it does make sense. We're at the point where We're trying to be completely honest with each other and trying to understand each other and communicate to each other Our own 'feelings' and thoughts without thinking any less of each other or acting out in some kind of retaliation (if that makes sense) and these videos REALLY help, mainly in just starting those certain 'conversations'. Both of Us LOVE the humor and the way things come across - THANKS! An added plus - reading the comments. Those bring up a LOT of conversations. SO glad We subscribed long ago. Peace! 💖👍

I agree, let it go its not worth it. Although I have to say something about the women being shallow part, and they are, but so are men. I think Men and women alike get confused with this sentiment because most of us think about potential mates, like how we would think, and it doesn't make sense especially when your younger. Basically yes women are shallow for the same reasons men are, but its a different shallowness. When I was younger and slightly more stupid than I am today I would think like this... man I want to have sex so bad, don't women want to do this to? And y aren't they, at least w me at the time, like I'm thinking it's a win win for both of us, until I wised up, slightly. The nice guy aproach is actually the most shallow, and why women don't respect it, because like she said they know what we want, and any amount of fawning, and simping, and all that crap doesn't work because we're ultimately hiding are true intentions, and its weak. We're not really nice guys, even if we think we are, I mean maybe on the surface, but its all for ya know ... women realize this very early In life, before most boys even know whats going on, so there ahead of the curve so to speak. Women seem shallow when they're vetting us, and thst can be frustrating for men, but when we simp to try and get some booty we're just as shallow, we're thinking I do everything for her but no bootay, because she knows that's yoir game and she'll let u play it out in vein.. oh well. Now the nice guy thing sometimes makes guys think they should be an asshole. Not the right move, there's a difference between a "nice guy" and a guys who's nice. Don't think you have to be an asshole, u don't, you have to be more direct with your intent if your at that point, like she says create tension. Nice guys don't do that, they simp in hopes that she'll "come to her senses" she won't. Like I said u don't have to be an asshole, u can be nice, but set boundaries for yourself, and let it be known u think of her as more than a friend. Trust me she already knows, and acting like you see her as this virtuous person with no intent on being physically intimate, is basically you just lying to her. And she'll let you play it out for as long as u can't stand it in the dreaded friend zone.

Today he puts you on a pedestal, tomorrow he'll be trampling you into mud with sadistic pleasure, 'cause people are just people even the best ones and pedestals don't last. So, yeah. Of course, you'd keep away from smb who's doing the pedestal thing. They have to deal with their own insecurities first.

I think authentic guys finish first whether or not they get the girl because the authentic or genuine ones never have to question how they are coming across.

My simple tip is: Do as you like (not physical intimacy without consent), be a man, respect her and don't care much about her. Don't get attached too early. Value Yourself and stay comitted to your goals. Even if the girl you like doesn't reciprocate the one who will, will be of much higher value than her granted that you stay comitted to your goals and self development.

Open communication about our needs has helped massively. Also, I've realized that I do much better when I can better make myself relax. If I'm really high strung, talking fast, not showing calm, not enjoying the moment enough, showing my worried about things too much etc, then it's a big turn off for her

Whenever I see a video like this I find it tragic. Twice in my life I met a woman who I thought is the perfect partner and I loved them for exactly what they are. I tried my best to get each one at their turn to marry me, but they disrespected me. They went after men who did not care for them nearly as much as I did and ended up alone. I finally married a third woman who appriciated me without me resorting to all kind of tactics. All too often men court women to satisfy their needs. But sometimes the love of a man to a woman can be as pure as a flame. Women do not seem to appriciate the difference. It is sad that men have to resort to all kind of tactics to get a woman they really care for rather than simply being themselves.

Another great one. Logic can be very reassuring if it gets dressed up as common sense. It builds a level of confidence and trust, both being emotions to which women tend to respond really well. Patience is often a friend too. Understatement and setting expectations down a notch where one can deliver up a notch also helps when delivered in a teasing way. Thanks for covering this. Have run into the blue bird scenario before, but found it less than satisfying. For me, the need for connection takes some time to evaluate if it's even worth proceeding.

You are doing a good job! And you are 100% right! I believe a lot of women need therapy when they think they are 'okay'. They post things like " I don't need someone who sees the good in me. I need someone who sees the bad in me and still wants me.". Well men do that, and then they push those men away.

The best way to attract women is not to care whether or not they like you. The more aloof I am, and the less attention I pay to them, the more attention they give me. Women like men who truly do not want or need them, and I am definitely one of those. I am too busy trying to make money and trying to improve various things in my life. I can live without them. I will always be kind and behave as a gentleman, but I let them ask ME out!
@YourWingmam

Exactly! I've mentioned all of this in several videos. Though, I will say, you and other men like you would still be able to ask a woman out and be successful. 11:40 "Women mirror your feelings about you." Ooh there's a lot in that whole mirroring concept generally- the whole idea this is an energy exchange. I've noticed when interviewing people then watching it back that if I'm hesitant and nervous, they'll get hesitant and nervous. If I'm lighthearted they're lighthearted. There's no escape from being the man she wants to find and giving out the energy she wants to feel. All very "Zen and the art of attraction" or something like that. 19:39 Oh you did 30 points on your blog for women on how to be more feminine and beautiful? How did I miss that since I always read your newsletter? It'd be nice to have a checklist to apply to her for a change. Shall take a look now 8-)

Anna, this video shows you at your finest - such charm you have shown to deliver yet another insightful presentation for us men. I haven't seen most of your videos but have found them entertaining and enlightening. I haven't been in a relationship for a long time but your insights have led to my thinking about searching again. But I see something else here. Just looking at the sidebar I see thumbnails of your videos that have titles like "7 Principles...", "5 Desperate Tricks...", "9 Tiny Habits..." that are intended to help a guy get the gal. But getting the gal isn't enough - we have to keep up with these attentions to keep her. What comes to mind is a common performance in old variety shows in the days of black and white TV - a performer with a table on the stage, long vertical sticks attached to the edges of the table and a stack of dinner plates. The performer starts out spinning one plate on the top end of the stick to the point where it is stable, then proceeds to do the same with additional plates. Eventually he has quite a few plates spinning but those spun first are slowing down and begin to wobble. To keep these going and not smashing on the floor he runs to them and spins them back up. So I see this problem with the list of things needed to keep the gal happy. It's just not possible to have the energy to do these things without stopping and its just not possible to have any other life than "spinning the plates" with this commitment. I guess I'm permanently closing the door on future relationships. But I will still enjoy watching your videos when I can. Thanks, Anna.

I can appreciate this video but man this also proves the point as to why dating is so hard. There’s too many things to consider it’s like playing chess for life. That shit is exhausting asf. It’s almost like there’s no room for u to be yourself because In order to get and keep a woman u have to constantly be on your toes and constantly analyze every said word and every action. It’s like why do we even bother in the first place. I been knew that nice guys never win, and almost every man has experienced this at least in their high school ages, but that just goes to prove that women are overly complicated. And some men form to this easier than others. Especially resiliency. Communication, trust, loyalty, love and consistency is what I’ve heard every good woman say that’s needed in order for a relationship to flourish but in my experience it’s never and never will be enough. And In case u can’t tell I’ve given up on dating. I’m tired of the rollercoaster, so much so that I’ve developed trauma related trust and commitment issues. None of it seems real to me anymore and I’m just one of the unfortunate ones that has sank deep into a dark plateau where nothing works and u just get trapped in a box u cannot escape because of the past encounters.

For some reason this video showed up on my home page. Been happily married for 23 years to my wife that I met when we were 1st year medical students in med school. Great tips that I wish I had used when I Was trying to impress her all of those years ago. Luckily there were no dating apps at that time LOL! But these interactions roll over into long term relationships IMO and are helpful to improve communications and keeping the spark roaring ( noticed I did not say burning LOL! ). I love and desire my wife just as much if not more now than I did when I married her and I like to think that is reciprocal. The key has been looking inward and self correcting when needed, being confident, staying healthy and actually improving my body over the years and being open and understanding at the appropriate times. Just my little opinion but either I have been super lucky or we seem to communicate very well with each other....maybe a little of both :)

I'm glad my wife & I didn't follow in your 10:1 ratio demonstration. We had known each other since our early teens so there were never any secrets or real arguments but lots of attention and affection for each other. I would do anything for her, and she was the same. Both of our parents were old enough to be our grandparents, so we were raised with a different set of values, compared to our friends. What you say about mystery is true though because she and I were apart for about 5 years and didn't meet up for an adult relationship until our 20's, so there was some personal growth between us to explore. This has been a particularly amusing presentation for me and I'm sure many others. You also seemed much happier than in some of the others that I've seen. I hope all is well currently. There is a quote that I was told during the Basic Non-Commisioned Officer Course that I feel goes to the heart of a lot of your points in this video. "If you have to constantly tell everyone that you are in charge, you're not really in charge." In the context of this video, "If you have to constantly tell everyone how valuable you are, what you're really telling everyone is that you are insecure about how valuable you are." It's a very rare woman that finds insecurity sexy, interesting or romantic. Of course, there is a time to bare your soul including all of your imperfections and insecurities to your partner, but that's definitely not during flirting or courting. I don't know which of these I am most guilty of. None of them stand out to me as something I identify with in particular. Perhaps that's a self-awareness issue though and one or more of the women I've been with would say.

Gotta ask why does everything have to revolve around what SHE wants though? Picking up on a woman's half arsed hints, proving you're of high value without putting her off, tiptoeing like some burglar to avoid alarming her hyper fragile emotions, treading carefully around her many insecurities to not appear "creepy". All to gain temporary access to a little physical contact. I think you're right about not being too nice; it's far more attractive to be highly driven, in good shape and busy.

I think going through with the simple approach is always the best way around it. Now i have no experience whatsoever about this area and i might be wrong here. But if what it means to be a woman is overthinking, questioning every micro thing you do, submitting, feeling insecure and emotions what it means to be a man is most likely the exact opposite which is be as direct as possible, show that your emotions are not the cause of what you do and jokingly make fun of all her emotional rouses. If you keep pressing onward on your personal goals regardless of her little shinnanigans and show her your aura of protection dominance and honor she will most likely be pushed to her most feminine side and get more attracted, because in order to protect her offspring you must prioritise yourself over her whims and wishes. And when it comes to sex i definitely think the most primal aggressive way is the best way to go. Throw around, ravage and get what you want. Humans still think like the caveman so the best way to approach these things is to probabbly think like one. If the oppositeness rule is assumed this is what i see that makes most sense. Two opposite ends of a magnet.

“Using Logic to Convince Her” is the trap I fall into. But this has been a problem within a relationship and a problem with dealing with emotional issues. The Vulcan approach has been a complete FAIL and I really need to do better with empathy as a first response. If she specifically asks for a logical solution after settling her emotions, then that’s your cue! Otherwise be patient and allow for venting however irrational you find it. No woman wants to feel that you find their emotions are not logical or valid.

One thing you haven’t mentioned here or other videos about a turn of for ladies, especially when they are flirting with you for the first time, and this is true even if they are quite interested. I know because I was often guilty of it, many times doing it on purpose when I wasn’t interested, so the lady would walk away thinking she is rejecting me, when in fact I was not interested in her at all. A lady approaches you in social situation, nite club or party and becomes quite flirtatious. You act polite and affable, but act obtuse and disinterested. At first they take up the challenge. She turns up the heat a little- you stay polite, but you become even cooler, even a little cold. She might touch your arm, you pull back. You don’t touch her back. You avoid touching her back, acting nice but still disinterested or even acting as though you still don’t get she’s interested. After few minutes, different for every girl, the sparkle in her eye goes out, she’s given up and she walks away. You never speak again or even see her again even though your in the same club or party. Often times she walks away in a huff. If you are not interested in a girl, but don’t want to out right reject her, it works like a charm.

Thanks for that input... Most of the guys watching my videos aren't as worried about rejecting women. I'm sure they'd rather know how not to get rejected by women they *do* want. But yes, for the ones you don't want, don't show interest and abort conversation asap if she's into you!

@@YourWingmam Yes you are correct about that, I was being a bit tongue in cheek, and this was many years ago in the 80’s when I was in my 20’s. I’m happily married to a great girl, but I watch to understand the dynamics of what happened when I was younger. back then I had no problem attracting girls, they would often approach me. My problem was that I was frightened by intimacy, fear of being heart broken, so I always acted reluctant. It developed into a bad habit, so I behaved that way even when I was interested, sometimes regretting it the moment it happened. There must be guys that had similar experiences. Love channel BTW!

Hello? In all the hundreds (thousands?) of social settings I've been in, I virtually never experienced ladies approaching ME and becoming flirtatious. So there was no need to play games in rejecting them. I am still amazed every time I hear a guy speak about playing it cool because they had so many women after them. I've never seen this happen in person.

My personal faults(not that I am in the game, but you know hypothetically), are probably criticism, a high standard for giving out any compliments, ever(People needing to actually earn it). And finally, expecting ppl to operate withing the bounds of reason(logic). My friend is a fool who tries to keep his wife happy, and always eventually gives in to her demands. I've told him countless times to stick up for himself, because she may be happy in the moment, but him giving in is not helping their relationship. And standing up for himself is essential. I'm expecting his relationship to go to hell any day now. I've stopped trying, because he just does not listen. And I can't keep pushing for him to stand up for himself, when he basically always folds.

As a programmer you must develop a very strong sense of logic and practical solution for things and then you become a very skilled person to find the best solution for daily problems, and there is no blurred lines between right and wrong, 1's and 0's, but then is very annoying to deal with the feminine "logic' most the times...

Just do this. From the start, put her in the friend zone. Show no interest sexually or other. Just act like you don't care either way. Sexual joking now n then in a playful but respectful way to keep her on her toes. This will also relax things. Gives you time to get to know her for real without the awkward state. Other factors come in as well but if done right, she will seek you out and maybe alittle aggressive. The short version in a nutshell

One thing about the positives vs negatives, and push vs pull - if the woman has serious insecurities, she will greatly multiply any negatives. My gf is great but she has anxious-avoidance disorder, she needs a lot of demonstrated secure attachment from me - when we were flirting to courting, that meant NO 'pushes', although I'm-qualiying-you is fine, as long as my interest was clear. I have anxiety too, so for both of us we will multiply any negativity. For us it works best to be positive pretty much always.

being too nice is tricky, chicks dig a Southern upper class dude who was taught chivalry, especially the younger chicks because chivalry ain't too common in the younger generations. So go ahead and open the doors for her, don't let her spend $$ on little things, don't let her spend money at all, but make all the date decisions like where to eat, what movie to see, what time to pick her up. If she doesn't like sushi but you do, well she can eat the seaweed soup while she watches you eat tako and unakyu

I found out late in life, that enjoying the communication and engagement with any type of women including the beauty queen, is very fun. I think ladies can feel the need and the want. when that doesnt exist........they are puzzled by the care free take it or leave it vibe. they also recognize experience and know how. If they are themselves and are not nice. being unflinching and not caring is powerful also. i also look for clues for deeper understanding and red flags. seeing and deciding......puts the guy in his leadership role. a role of strength and independence from want and desire. choices are good for both man and women.
