Going 1-2 would usually not let you top 4 a 7 person local, as it would imply in 3 rounds there were 3 people who didn't win a single time. tbh the only explanation I can think of is that 3 people went 0-1-2 which is also absurd

A slight correction on the Deck name's translation: Ude (腕) is "Arm" in japanese, the deck's name is "Udekki" (腕ッキ) which is just a pun that combines the word for Arm and Deck (which, due to how japanese works, is called "Dekki" over there)
