As I was watching this, someone tried to avoid my bombers and hit an island. I marked them and all 4 battleships who weren't paying attention to him went "Oh really now? A sitting duck?" twas great

@@ltramon7463 While this is true, real carriers weren't effectively immune to fire on board the ship (in fact, quite vulnerable) nor did they magically print aircraft in the middle of battle to replace combat losses and didn't have planes made of fucking titanium that ignore AA fire. I preferred the old days when AA was actually relevant and you could deplane a carrier. Sure, they could focus individual targets if they were good and make life Hell, but thats why you would sail with friendlies to overlap AA bubbles and make any incoming attacks costly. Now, they just ignore it all and STILL make life Hell, just slower.

The first person to put a cannon might be unknown, but the basis for launching big things off ships probably goes to the Byzantines, when they stuck full sized catapults on their ships. Even Caesar put catapults on ships to throw rocks at the Britons.

I’m not going back to this game for reasons. Happy that you got sponsored though. But I main CV / Air Craft Carrier. The more you move your plane during a bombing run, the bigger your landing zone or spread will be. The green zone is when your tornados get armed and will damage the target. Use the mountains as cover when your approaching a target hiding behind it, Dive Bombers are great for this strategy. When tornado bombing Destroyers, bomb them from behind and drop earlier then normal when the lines are tight. The tornado will be on both sides of the Destroyer and give you a seriously small window to loop around and hit them on the side. But it’s a great way to force them to go in a straight line. Get rid of Cruisers and Destroyers first when you can, they are the biggest game changers in the game due to their utility and torpedos. Force them to use their smoke, DFAA ( consumable that makes AA turn Red dealing 250% more damage for X Amount if time both Cruisers and some Destroyers have this ) etc Turn on Damage Counter in the options so you can tell if they used their Repair Party ( instantly gets rid of Fire and Floods once every 30sec - 1 Min and stays active for X Amount of time ) the Russian Battleships have limited amount of uses on this. Read and select the Captain Skills and Air Craft modifications carefully as Silver is harder to get while using the Air Craft Carrier Class. Keep an eye out when you see the “Air Craft Spotted” Icon, in higher tiers Destroyers and Cruisers turn off their AA to lure you in close before nuking your planes. You can quick drop and recall your planes, you get a small amount invisibility doing this. Read up on the AA capabilities of ships and be careful around the Russian Cruisers as this game more Russian Bais, so the Russian Tech Tree has stronger Guns, Better AA than Americans and a bigger Tech Tree with “ Secret War Plans of Ships “ etc etc

when u now realise that if u throw the torpedos where his ship will BE and not where it IS then you will even be a good cv player xD like at 6min i dont think ur torpedos made him exposed but his overpushing and needing to turn, because he did not need to avoid your torpedos they never would have hit as they were droped so far in his back xD
