I fail to see how this is a viable alternative to cycling or motorcycle riding. Why pedal if it has no influence on range? How is this an alternative to ebikes? especially cargo bikes? because you can go to "Highway" speed? (80kmh is inner city highway, a proper highway is 120kmh) why would I put myself in danger by sharing a lane with other cars just so that I can retain the 80kmh top speed? (which btw, is straining, you WILL get tired pedaling that fast so its unlikely you will be going very far at that speed anyway) At the price point of 11,000€ and with a range of only 100km, how is this going to compete with an actual motorcycle? why should I pay for this when I could get a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 for 4,000€ with a significantly higher range (550km) and top speed (130kmh)? because its an ebike and its "environmentally friendly" because it does not emit anything? because that might be technically correct but paying a 8,000€ premium over 60g/km is hardly reasonable, at that point I would rather get an E-motorcycle at the performance range.
