Great video (with great visuals and narration). But the Burj Khalifa is hardly “…just shy of a mile.” The Burj Khalifa is 2717 feet tall. A mile is 5,280 feet, nearly twice the BK. $500 billion for the complex? That’s insane. The BK cost ~ $1.5 billion. I wonder if Saudi Arabia is just bragging or if they’re really prepared to spend that much. Again, great job. I subbed.

This tower of Saudi Arabia aims to be the tallest skyscraper in the world at 1,008 meters high but unfortunately,Dubai is now constructing it's Dubai Creek Tower at 1,300 meters high. If both towers are finished, Dubai's Creek Tower will be the highest/tallest structure on this planet, second is the Jeddah Tower, the third is Dubai's Burg Khalifa at 828 meters high and the fourth is the Merdekah Tower in Malaysia.

Well they know the world will need oil less, and they only have so much. So they think building these mega structures will attract tourists, and businesses. That people will come to these mega structures. Like somehow it will suddenly fix the root issues. One their citizens don't want to work. They can't tax without being overthrown. It is a hot, lifeless desert. Oh, and it is a Muslim or religious country with all types of archaic laws that much of the world have moved past. They pretend to be tolerant, but deep down they aren't . Like they want to make it a tourist destination with a city people must see, and waste money in... Drinking is illegal in Islam. You all know other backward laws a strict Muslim country has. If they were smart they'd be forcing their lazy citizens to be engineers, software, hardware tech gurus. Also lighten way up off the scripture for foreigners.
