I don't understand the business decision of opening a new restaurant based on a menu item that could be promoted at KFC. It would be like McDonald's opening a new restaurant that featured their fish sandwiches. The economics doesn't make sense to me.

Ok so to answer a few questions from the video. The building was a regular KFC beforehand. Everyone in the neighborhood surrounding it knew what was coming months ago. I live literally across the street from the place. Abd because it’s such a busy neighborhood area and UCF is down the street and Lockheed Martin is around the corner, it should do well especially since it’s open late.

We had a PDQ by me, it lasted about 4 years, then I guess for whatever reason the rent went up or they weren't making enough money, but it closed and it is something else now. Crazy thing is that I don't hate KFC, it's just never my first option if I'm looking for fast food. There used to be a KFC/Taco Bell 2-in-1 near my house, I like both places, yet I never went there once because there was a Burger King, McDonald's, Wawa and Dunkin Donuts all in the same small area. I probably ate out once a week at that time, so it's was always one of the other places I was craving. No gonna lie, I've probably had Taco Bell at least ten times in the last 15 years, just not at that 2-in-1 location. If you read this far, stop reading and enjoy the video!
