For me it was 'In Between', in 2018 I stumbled over it, but in the same month they released the Disease Single (which was a cool coincidence, I loved that song even more than the other). So yeah, those 2 songs got me into beartooth and, simultaneously, made me even a fan real quick, together with 2-3 more banger songs I discovered then back in 2018 :)

Same dude. My dad put on Greatness or Death and I was like holy shit this is fucking insane. I love that record front to back, but my least favorite is probably Aggressive. Just never really got into it, although there are a few tracks I like.

No NO! there are people, not the majority, that can distinguish a $0 budget album from a nicely recorded one. Disease is the best Beartooth album to me (after Disguisting). It sounds so thicc, so real to me personally! Some truly soultrapping songs are there, like Clever and Greatness or Death. I love this album with whole my heart. Please let Caleb know that there are people like me please!

I can agree with Caleb about Aggressive, the first song that it's catch me up in that album it's only Hated most of the songs I think it's the weakest form of Beartooth aka Caleb. And then there's Disease, it's the best from all perspective in my opinion. First thing first, the production quality it's so bloody top notch, the riffs, the sound especially the sound of all the riffs it rips your ears lol but seriously it's THE BEST. And as usual the lyrical content of it's own, correct me if I'm wrong but Caleb already said this in an interview that Disease it's the most dark album he ever made with Beartooth and yes to support Finn's opinion it's not like Beartooth as usual that always find sunshine in some parts of their songs it's just angry gritty angst Caleb pouring in that album. And when Riptide comes it back to where Beartooth belongs just like In Between song. But that's just my opinion tho

Caleb is a sellout. I loved beartooth back when they were not super successful. But when he became pop rock sellout I honestly think the band became shit. You could feel the passion in disease. That albums I can personally say has helped lives. Beartooths new music is fucking trash. It’s garbage honestly, I feel no ones story being told. I don’t feel any passion. It’s just sellout music. Typical successful band gives up their hearts for wallets

"However You Want It Said" was my favorite song on Aggressive as well. I wasn't a huge fan of Disease, other than the song Disease itself, which I loved. The album wasn't horrible, but did feel a bit generic and not really like Beartooth. Loving everything on The Surface so far, can't wait to hear the rest. Been one of my favorite bands since Disgusting.

I'm happy that Caleb as a person seems to be doing better, but Sick EP and Disgusting are the 2 best albums by a long shot. He had so much passion and power poured into those, and that seemed to have faded a bit in Aggressive and was basically gone in Disease. Beartooth has been getting slowly softer and more poppy feeling with each album which appears to be a reflection of Caleb's mental health, so I'm happy from that perspective but the music now is meh.
