I have a severe anxiety disorder. My meds don’t work and my parents won’t let me switch them out for ones that work. For Christmas I got a self help carebook, which is literally a textbook of exercises to “cure” anxiety I guess. I also got a stress doll you’re supposed to mangle when you’re angry, since I guess anxiety=anger issues when I’ve never once gotten angry outwardly. Thanks guys, still waiting for more Xanax.

I guess maybe it’s supposed to be a gag gift, like someone looks at it, thinks it’s something else, and then realizes it’s socks or underwear. Since those are sort of like the stereotypical crappy Christmas gifts.
