The Hidden Hand are a mercenary clan. I don't think you are supposed to be able to charm them, because they somehow become Vassals then. It happened for me also but then they also switched sides all the time. They got me to a point where I just started executing all mercenaries. There is not a lot left of them, but the current patch could save their lives :D

If you move trebs to reserve right after completing them, you can deploy 4 at once. This is almost always good enough to destroy the defenses built and breach the walls in two places. Kills a decent chunk of the garrison in the process too.

for those wondering about how units gain exp to upgrade: each individual unit gets its share of EXP after a fight. HOWEVER, they all dump it into a single pool reserved for each unit TYPE. so if you have 10 recruits each one of them receives its share of EXP, and they ALL dump it into the Recruit EXP pool, from this pool you can choose to upgrade your recruits once you have the required EXP. of course since they all fill the same EXP pool for each unit type, the more you have dumping their EXP into that same pool the faster youll get enough to upgrade all of them. so holding back on upgrading your units actually increases the speed at which you get all of them up to the next rank.

Also its better to have a few stronger soldiers than wait for 30+ weaker soldiers to die before they can be upgraded... Your theory looks good on paper but in practice its just a little bit inane.

@@peter1038 It's actually a really good way to build a strong army fast, they don't take that much time to upgrade all of them if you wait if you can upgrade at least a little bit more then half of some type of unit just do it rather then waiting for all or just upgrading 2 of them and it works its not a theory that's what I'm saying if try it and you will see results

If I chose "raise the meek" or whatever it's called to grant the tier 1 2 3 medium xp bonus, is try it out, but I chose the small bonus for all tiers, so I'd chose to advance them all accordingly... It's a good point though if you shoes that leadership(I think) perk.

One of the fun things to do is get married really fast in the game to a high Lord or queen ruler of a faction having all been an army and execute all mercenary factions so you're the only mercenary faction left so if anybody wants to hire mercenaries they have no choice to hire you but everybody hates you I play on Xbox it's kind of broken lmao

This is why you don't give filthy Mercenaries, loyal only to coin, their own settlements. Loving the playthrough ESO, keep em coming! Also ESO, just a little advice, if you hold Left Alt in battle it'll highlight all interactable items around you, so every dropped weapon, every arrow/throwable fire pot/catapult stone, whatever, etc. For anyone who's tired of running out of arrows mid-siege, or mid-hideout battle, let Left-Alt become your new best friend.

Three factors brought about the Hidden Hand betraying you: 1) they are mercenaries, and they come and go on a whim...2) their leader Zoros has the deceitful trait (or should I say *had* lol...rip....) and 3) Danny is a maniacal murdering tyrant with low honour because of all of his blood purges, so other nobles will be greatly less likely to be loyal. All that being said, I really enjoyed that Zoros tried to do what he did, it made for an entertaining incident lol. Keep up the great content, I too am enjoying the game a lot.

you should download the dismemberment mod in the nexus, its current iteration is stable as of 1.2.0 so you can go insane watching heads roll as you use a great axe on a really fast horse to rip and tear! (i'd also recommend the revolutions mod to circumvent the snowballing that always happens with the khuzaits, turn off the imperial loyalty mechanic to prevent the empire from uniting against everyone, and turn off overextension to make it a bit easier to maintain high loyalty in conquered towns.) i also found that if you continuously execute clan leaders you will build up an extremely bad rep that forces every single faction in the game to prioritize your extinction. my brother had this issue while he was playing as the southern empire and he was at war with everyone and they eventually grinded him to dust. his second playthrough as an aserai is doing much better since he stopped doing that.

Hey eso do you have problem with game stutter then crashing sometimes? From what I’ve gathered the game has memory leak issues I have a decent pc can run most AAA new games no issues but with this game sometimes can’t even play for more than an hour. If I avoid fighting in big wars like sieges I have more chance of not crashing.
