Yeah, it's important to note that TECHNICALLY DOOM demons aren't demons, they're more like extremely aggressive alien lifeforms, but when it's an alternate dimension filled with blood, fire, desolation, endless death, and legions of corrupted basically undead lifeforms that desire only for murder, it's pretty safe to call that place Hell and its residents demons. Something you said has a connection to the origional Doom movie. In that movie the "demons" were choosing who to infect because of a chemical in their body or brain that they could detect and killed everyone who they couldn't infect or change. This seems to be the same thing, but going through the portal instead of being infected. Ones who dont have whatever was scanned from the first guy might not come out of the portal with those effects that others that do have it do. So one could become like in the first movie a super human, while the rest become "demons"

Agreed. This movie, to be very blunt, tried to be different from 05, however, actually ended up taking some inspiration from Doom 05. 05 DEFINITELY has its issues, but I personally prefer it over Annihil-suck an ass-ation.

a good DOOM game makes a horrible movie, the ones weve gotten work better than trying to take what makes the game good and say it makes a good movie, one you watch and that is its own way of experiencing something, the other is a video game and works well in that format, but it would be very boring movie, it would literally have to be 99% combat scenes with a narration over it giving the lore, and that would absolutely suck
@wildoo98707 ай бұрын
@stormjin2242 In no way does a Doom movie need to be 99% combat to keep consistent with the games. Like the main comment said, there is plenty of story to cover and it needn't be from Doomguy's perspective. There can be different characters, dramas, horror themes and so on. They just need to stop trying to remake Event Horizon with Doom. People were sick of that way back when Doom 3* was new.

They are doing long range planning both on when they need to pull out the pacific island bases and where to build the new ones. This because they are well aware that sea levels ARE rising and that none of these installations float. Meanwhile, half the leaders of the nation are denying that anything is happening. If it was up to them, they would deny their was anything until long after the planes sunk into the sea.

Something i noticed that i was just reminded of from the original doom movie that they seem to have done the reverse of here But in the original mlvie when they finally kill one of the monsters and bring it back to the lab? One of the guys suggests it what it is and the main doctor lady, rather obnoxiously, sceptically says to him "what? Like an ALIEN?" and the most realistic line of that movie was that same soldier screaming " LOOK AT THAT THING!" and here you have clearly human looking mutated humans and a guy being like "is that even human???"
@randallbesch24248 ай бұрын
The chromosome 24 is sensitive to who you are. Psychopathy turns you into an outer monster via the morphogenic fields invoked by the added chromosome. The rest of them become optimum humans. I'm glad you got sponsors, and I mean, do what you need to make a living, as long as you feel comfortable with it I think the main issue people have with Raid is just how predatory their model is, it's not the only one out there like it, but it's pretty well known for it. I know someone who got pulled into these sort of things (not Raid specifically), it can be as addictive as gambling, and people loose a lot of money and, there's always something new to get The main way I've seen games essentially trick players, is by punishing you for not paying. They usually start of in a nice pace, then as you progress they make it so difficult that the game is unbelievably slow, and often making you wait for things If you can pay to not wait, then to me, that feels very predatory, they created the problem in the first place, and now you have to pay them to fix it? I mean, I'm still a fan, and even if you do more sponsorships for Raid, I will still watch you're videos. But on re-watches I will probably skip, as games like Raid just leaves a bad taste in my mouth anywho, best of luck, I'm gonna go watch the rest of the video now ^-^

@discordiacreates66698 ай бұрын
Tbh I don't know if it would be painful or not since ig it would depend on how fast it happened and possibly how you went through the portal as well since there is a delay between the brain and pain sensors and the delay is shorter the closer to the brain they're activated, so maybe it would actually hurt no matter what but be more a short, sharp headache that lasts a few seconds then anything else. Well... In that case I wouldn't have any issue at all with the tech as I have plenty of practice, but if any lunatic gets a working portal that takes more then five seconds, someone might knock their teeth out after a test run ^^'
