I stay in The Heathlands Hotel owned by Britannia Hotels and it's the 13th consecutive year the chain has been voted the worst in the UK!
It's received some terrible reviews on Tripadvisor, BUT is it as bad as the reviews say? Let's find out!

I stayed at the Cavendish at Eastbourne, that was unbearably hot as well. That is also a Brittania Hotel. I had to pay to upgrade and must say the upgrade was well worth it and had a balcony also I could sit out on!

Matt I have subscribed to your channel. With this hotel only concern is the heat, the guests are bound to complain at reception and the lift needs maintenance if you got stuck you won’t get out

I think those pyramid decorations help with noise absorption. Loveworld is a Christian religious group/sect so guessing it's for monthly meetings etc?

To be fair ive seen worse it looked ok to me if there was a bed peace and quite a bottle of white and a good sci fi book to read with no kids nagging oh u mean lovely wive id stay there lol
