The WORST SARM?! | AC262 / Accadrine | Side Effects? | Fat Loss? | SARMs Cycle | Doctor's Analysis

Is this SARM the worst of all the SARMs? In this video I look into the little research that there is surrounding the SARM AC262 (also known as Accadrine). I give my reasons as to why I think this SARM is not really a typical SARM and why I think it could be classified as the weakest sarm. I look at a study comparing its effects to Testosterone propionate. Let me know what you think about this SARM!

I've seen about 8 blood tests taken when on AC262 and after, It doesn't impact liver much if at all, suppression was minimal after about 60 days of use and bounces back quickly, something fairly consistent is that total T was higher after the cycle. While it's "only" 67% as anabolic, because it's not that suppressive it's still worth using in a muscle building context for short periods of time. This will be likely one of those times, like with turkesterone, that mice models don't translate fully to human. Relative to almost any other SARM, AC262 is probably one of the better if not the best because it seems relatively safe for hair, bloods etc.

@@brianpulley8652 well ye, he only references the mouse study, Tony Huge over a year ago was doing bloods with people he was giving it to, very minimal suppression, not liver toxic within the 60 days cycle and interestingly peoples tests were higher after the rebound coming off. AC262 would be the go to sarm, since the whole point of sarms is to be more selective and have less sides than older androgens, even saying it's "bad" relative to others because it's less anabolic is stupid, since most sarms are hairline killers and are loaded with sides, you're better off doing steroids rather than something like Rad140 at that point if you're just concerned with maximizing gains and don't care for sides.

its funny how looking at research might show one thing but peoples experiences are completely different. People consider ac262 to be the best and safest sarm due to it barely being suppressive and yielding great gains.

RAD140 is one of the strongest sarms and it is also a partial agonist so saying that's why ac262 is weak or a bad choice doesn't make sense. Also the point of sarms at least in a bodybuilding context is to get something comparably as anabolic as testosterone or traditional steroids with less side effects however that is a pipe dream and anyone who uses or is thinking of using sarms should know that obviously no sarm will be as anabolic as simply taking testosterone. AC262 and other milder sarms are a good alternative for people who don't want to commit and/or don't want to deal with as many side effects as steroids. There's a lot of anecdotal logs now to know for sure that AC262 does work for muscle building it just doesn't compare to testosterone and other anabolic steroids, hell even stronger sarms like lgd or rad 140 but all those options come with more side effects. Also while it does suppress LH it doesn't seem to do the same to testosterone levels and LH can be upregulated by using a serm in conjuction or near the end of the cycle or as a pct.

Rad140 is a full agonist when looking at levator ani and has 1.33× the efficacy of testosterone where Ac262 only had 67% of the efficacy. RAD140 is a partial agonist at the prostate. The issue is that with the research we do have, which appears to be in contradiction to the reports you mention, appears to be suppressive at doses that would be anabolic and more so than testosterone. Now, in a space where there isn't much research anecdotes are welcomed but I think it would be important to be cautious before we have phase 1 trials. The issue with the SERM recommendation, whilst I see it is commonly mentioned, the research would suggest (given that the rats were orchidectomized) that AC262 is suppressive due to reasons unrelated to oestrogen since orchidectomized rats will have lower oestrogen levels and SERMs rely on inhibiting this negative feedback caused by oestrogen. That being said, some SARMs have been noted to stimulate the ER in the hypothalamus and this then would mean SERMs might have a place but I'm not too convinced yet but I'm not against changing my opinion. About 9 weeks into 20mg AC-262, Cardarine & Enclomiphene. I've trippled my gym volume, gained strength, lost 23 lbs. Cut my bad cholesterol in half, all my blood markers improved, improved prostate marker, and went from 640 to 1259 test. LH, E2 unchanged. FSH moved up a bit. Been in a Defecit the whole time and feel like superman in the gym. Obviously Zero suppression along side Enclomiphene, and feeling of wellbeing & calm lift of depression. AC-262 (or at least the combo) is amazing. Maybe the worst? Maybe the best Sarm. The blood work and results tell the tale. I believe it was originally developed to combat prostate cancer and Alzheimer's. And I would say those effects carry through as stated also. It shrinks the prostate and improves blood work, and many have even reported increses in test without a test base or pct. It's not as strong as some of the others like rad. But to me it's worth the trade-off for all the health benefits. & one more edit: Enclomiphene supposedly increases LH, and AC supposedly slightly decreases LH but seems to do so without actually surpressing test, which is fascinating. Basically, I'm getting more test from the Enclomiphene without having to have super high LH levels. Everything on my blood work is in very healthy ranges...... perhaps 67% you mentioned may be the biggest benefit if that's what's leaving space on the receptor for test to keep binding maybe? Just a thought. I'm not a doc

@joeryan82 significantly improved. More energy, less depression, better mood. I finished at 12 weeks and started SR-9011, NMN, and MK-677. And now my energy is almost too much. Like a damn 17 year old. Still on enclo. And I'm 40. If I add armodafinil, the social confidence & wellbeing goes to level 99 too

Ive been taking 20mg on workout days. I can honestly say it helps. However, it is definitely not powerful. I just have better workouts more often. I haven't gained any significant amounts of muscle. Id say i lost fat. However, dont know if that is the AC262. Only side effects i had was stiff joints. Usually after 3 days in a row. After going off for 2 days my joints feel great.

Im here to tell you AC 262 is legit AF and I take 20mg a day with TRT base. TRT by itself i feel bloated, prostate worse and mood depressing. Add the AC and I feel great, prostate is perfect and only one #1 at night. Mood is wonderful, full of energy, and sleep like a rock. It is the best sarm i ever tried. It isnt as strong as LGD or whatever others are yk11 but has zero sides. Ill come back and give you my bloods after im done

Ok, not very effective, but if you are on a low testosterone level, doesn't it add some anabolic activity to the system? Will it block LH on such lower doses if testosterone its normal? I think both reaasons can make it helpful.

You're in the minority with AC262 being the worst. I've been on it 2 weeks and gains are great, no eye problems or liver issues ike with ostarine. I'm taking m chances. Using liver support and pct.

I have a history of eye problems having had 2 operations as a child. Ostarine improves my eyesight and is especially handy now I'm in my 40's. I do get reduced sexual arousal if I use it too long. 10mg for a month each day and then a month off is optimum for me. LGD and RAD140 are too harsh for me so was looking for something a bit more potent than the Ostarine without too much in the way of side effects.

I just finished 35 days of ac262 and happy with the gains. I put on 9lbs and can't wait 35 or so days to start the cut with ac and cardarine. When I did my last cut, I didnt lose any weight on the scale but my fat areas: stomach and chest cut well and were defined.@@marcustaylor670

@@robmen1402 Mine came back within normal ranges, but everyone is different, and I wouldn't mess with these compounds if I had underlying conditions or was at an unhealthy body fat %. Others have had elevated blood sugar levels from AC262, but nothing alarming since they started at normal ranges. I finished my cycle and will definitely use this again for cutting since you keep all your strength, even gaining a little bit while cutting calories.

This is just a bad video, you learned about it a few days before you made this video, have no first hand experience or even collected data from human users, you read a couple animal studies, now you want to give advice? Or claim it's the worst ? On top of this you pretty much proved in the video it's one of the safest in terms of side effects. Yea it's not gonna give you test or tren gains, not even close, but most people don't want to take those risks associated. I personally know 7 people who have taken ac262 on its own with no test base. They had no significant shut down of natural test until around 50 days in at 20-30 mg a day. They lost an average of 5lbs of fat and gained around 7lbs of muscle and these are trained individuals. There blood work was good, no major changes. So, if you can put that amount of mass on, lose that much fat, have no significant change in blood work, that would be one of the best if not the best. Obviously it requires more data but this video is wildly irresponsible to claim it's the worst

From what ive seen from other people experiences the worst was someone taking 50 mg of ac 262 for 8 weeks and he was suppressed by 41% only but you shouldnt take anymore than 30 mg
