@@johnstanley6815 not really, I mean yes experience is key and being thrown in the deep end of the lake can often times teach people to swim, it is also still very easy to drown. I work customer service and often times when we don't have time to train people it is because we are already short staff and we need people to physically do the work over teach it. Being thrown into something like that with no experience can be extremely stressful especially when you are already under staff, and not to mention drive threw is one of the most time precious jobs in food service, where I work we try to keep each car waiting for under at least 4 to 3 minutes and that is insane when you only have 2 people doing drive threw, one doesn't know how to work the register properly (because nobody trained them), when it is during rush hour, and all of your customers are cranky because they just got done with a long day as well and take it out on somebody they don' even know, just because that person is new and doesn't know what they are doing because nobody was able to teach them yet.
