Just to be clear, while they do kinda look alike, the lady that kidnapped WIliam is not the same person as the woman that interfered with Scully's pregnancy. "Overcoat Woman" in Provenance/Providence is played by McNally Sagal and Lizzy in Essence is played by Frances Fisher (Rose's mom in Titanic).
