The thing that baffles me with COD is that there's multiple companies essentially vying for the exact same formula but just fight for whoever can do it slightly better each year. At the same time, it has a blend of old cods shooting mechanics, with the movement of the new MW games. With it feeling mostly natural. If you don’t consider this an arcade shooter, you just have no clue what you’re talking about lol. Literally have old school kill streaks back and done right, no exo suit or special abilities. No 50 attachments for every weapon. Majority of the guns feel balanced and respectable for what they are designed for. 😂 the list goes on

My highest streak otherwise was 14, it’s damn near impossible to streak on this game with the spawns and how small the maps are so you’re either getting shot in the back or you’re facefucked by a full team as soon as you rotate. Still finished with a 1.5 kd though

Ah yeah, quickscope sniping has become worse, knives don't have the 100 meters lunge from mw3 anymore and movement has slowed down significantly, but somehow it's the biggest sweatfest. At this point, it's just a skill issue. There are tangible, meaningful improvements that nerfed the sweatlords' ability to pop off.

My issue with the most recent Cod's is that people meat ride the weapon metas in the game so hard it becomes stale for me personally.
